XHTML 1.0 Strict and styled with
CSS.

To mention the few advantages of such validation, the style sheet has been tested for consistent rendering in Gecko (Mozilla Firefox 0.7), Opera (7.01) and Internet Explorer (6.0).
RevieW
I've been designing web pages as part of my learning and hobbies. It is cool, aside from it's fun and challenging, and the best part of it is you learn cool things as you move on. Well, too much is ahead of me and I can say that to learn more is my goal. Design is not always the point; it is also essential to learn compatibilities with the growing number of web browsers around. My previous pages were not 100% compatible with other browsers; I can say that I had concentrated too much in a design compatible with IE only (in terms of layout and such). But I am trying my best to make it simpler every time I make an update. One piece of advice, express your self! It will make you feel good and eventually may help in improving and managing the ideas that fits your needs.
Well, for starters like me, you could start building your web pages based on your creativity (everybody has one!). My early designs were unfortunately "not good enough" (You can browse all those pages in Release 1), but at least I'm proud that I made it myself. What is on your mind is all that matters when expressing ideas.

With the help of online research, I manage to
search for tools and tricks to enhance such pages and
learn from it. JAVASCRIPT do most of the tricks,
FLASH (Macromedia) is cool in effects and animation,
and PHOTOSHOP really helps in image creation and
enhancements. In editing my page, most of the
time I use MS FRONTPAGE and NOTEPAD. To expect better results, other tools
that can or may help you to comply with W3C are
AMAYA and HTML Tidy program.
