Fiery Plains

A rare type of phoenix, the moon phoenix is not reborn by being lit on fire by the sun. Instead, it is reborn in flames the same color as the moon, when the moon is at its fullest. Moon sprites and Dark Faerys can be seen around these phoenixes, but, like the Dark Faery, they are hard to find.

The fire phoenix is a phoenix made completely of flame. These are only found around the dwarve's caverns, feeding the flames for the forges. When one is spent, another rises from the flames and absorbs what's left of the phoenix before it, and continues from where the other phoenix left off.

You are probably familiar with this type of phoenix, as it has no 'special' qualities about it. It's a bird, and is reborn when it's about to die by burning and rising from its ashes.
