Sora
Age: 15
Bio: The hero of this story. Chosen by the Keyblade, this 15-year-old is on a journey to reunite with his friends. His best friend Riku has gone missing, while Kairi has been left behind in their homeland of Destiny Islands. He has a cheerful disposition, and while a little naive, his sense of justice is extraordinary.
Donald Duck
Bio: Disney Castle's Royal Court Magician. Donald embarks on a journey with Sora and Goofy to search for their missing king. Always impatient, Donald is never at a loss with an opinion.
Goofy
Bio: Captain of the Royal Knights at Disney Castle. Goofy has set out with Sora and Donald. He is an eternal optimist, who takes life in stride. Although he's a bit clumsy, he still notices things that others miss, and his intuition is surprisingly accurate.
King Mickey
Bio: The King of Disney Castle. King Mickey was one of the first to recognize the mysterious threat. Left behind in the realm of darkness with Riku, he continues his investigation apart from Sora and friends.
Roxas
Bio: A boy who lives in Twilight Town, where our story begins. He and his friends Hayner, Pence, and Olette are enjoying what's left of their summer vacation, but mysterious events unfolding around them are making Roxas anxious.
Heartless
Bio: Mysterious beings that attack relentlessly. Sora and friends encountered several types of these creatures on their previous adventure.
NOTE: Not including Heartless synthesized by Ansem.
Nobodies
Bio: "Nonexistent beings" under Organization XIII's control. Another powerful force, seperate from the Heartless.
Organization XIII
Bio: An inscrutable blackcoated organization that makes its appearance with Nobody underlings. As their name implies, they were comprised of 13 members, but Sora and friends have practically reduced their members to half.
The home of Roxas. Twilight Town is known as the town between light and dark. A peaceful place, before darkness invades. Twilight Town is a place where Sora can buy necessary items, play mini-games and travel to other worlds. There are two districts within Twilight Town, including the self-explanitory Shopping District, and the Suburbs, or the "Sunset Residential District" which provides a great outlook onto the water.
The once peaceful castle in the world Radiant Garden was last seen torn up from the Heartless. As we return to it this time around, it will provide to be more of a hub between worlds, much like Traverse Town in the previous game. Cloud, Squall and other Final Fantasy characters are helping rebuild the world and defending it's borders. A great battle will occur here.
Though it was cut from the first game, Disney Castle is said to have a role in Kingdom Hearts II. The Heartless have swarmed the sacred halls, you must protect Minnie and save the Kingdom from peril.
We first got a glimpse at The World That Never Was in the "Deep Dive" trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts (assuming you got all the required extra items). The trailer showed two characters fighting Heartless with two keyblades. This world is shrouded by mystery and is likely the secret location of Organization XIII. It's meaning is uncertain but the games biggest and toughest boss battles occur here.
Disney Worlds
Mulan's sacred battlefield is possessed with Heartless. It's in your power to end the spiritual evil.

Beast has been blackmailed to kill you. But old friends never die, after a rough encounter, prepare to fight with Beast against one of the Organization XIII members!
What would Kingdom Hearts be without the Olympus Coliseum? The fan favorite returns and has once again been attacked by Hades, this time he's hired Auron to attack Sora, but once again he has failed. Sora may also venture into the Underworld through this world.
![]() |
Somethings never die. One of which is the classic Steamboat Willie. A classic character on the original Mickey Mouse cartoons returns, the world is in black and white, Sora adopts a classic, simple look and Donald and Goofy look like their early century drawings. Enjoy this trip through time, will Heartless show up? Who knows!?
Like the first game, this world will likely be completely optional and with not a Heartless in sight.
Again, Sora becomes a Merman as Aerial asks one last favor from her dryworld friend. Aerial must rescue her love, a man, no merman.
![]() |
Again, Sora retuns to meet old friends and help them where trouble is near. The nobodies are appearing everywhere!
![]() |
Wow, here's an unusual mix. A real life Johnny Depp Disney film mixed in with classic animated films. None-the-less, Sora is out to help Jack get hold of the Black Pearl and stop him from becoming a ghost pirate like the rest of those land lovers!
Arguably the best world in Kingdom Hearts, Halloween Town makes a great return. Sora and Co still don creepy costumes and this time, Jack Skellington is out for Santa Claus! Watch out Santa, it's Jack's turn! Oh, and he's got goofy looking reindeer too.
![]() |
Simba isn't just a summon in this game! No, no! Sora becomes a young lion and must aid Simba in banishing the evil Scar from the lands. The best part: you get to play as a tiger!.
Way too cool! Become a computer program in the world of Tron, Sora and friends take on the coolest outfits yet and do battle with nasty computer viruses and other such things. Not to mention LIGHT CYCLES!

In the summer of 2006, Square-Enix and Disney announced a brand new game to be released on March 29, 2007: KINGDOM HEARTS II: FINAL MIX+. Following suit from the original installment, this game is a complete revamp with several additional features from the previously released Kingdom Hea
rts II.
In FM+, Japanese players will experience the English dub of Kingdom Hearts II, as well as get the chance to fight some all-new bosses (such as Roxas in The World that Never Was, a battle that was previously a non-interactive cutscene). Additional scenes and areas are included, including several new plot developments involving Roxas in Organization XIII and the chance to explore Hollow Bastion and other areas to a fuller extent.
A major departure from the original KH:FM is the inclusion of an entirely separate game in FM+'s package. Kingdom Hearts || Re: Chain of Memories, an entirely three-dimensional PS2 remake of the wildly popular GBA game Chain of Memories, will be included with KHII's final release. Players will get the chance to experience the CoM storyline in dazzling new graphics on the Playstation 2 console. Several additions have been added to this re-release of CoM, such as new battles (Riku vs. Zexion, for example) and the chance to use Re:CoM saves to unlock new battles in its counterpart, KHII:FM+.
Developers have not announced whether KH2:FM+ will be released to North America or Europe, but several reliable sources have stated the rumored possibility of a Fall 2007 release.
A New Secret Ending Is Added To Final Mix. Where 3 Mysterious Soldiers With The Keyblades Will Be Drawn Into Battle. There Is Violent Development In This Scene. A Lot Of Mysteries Will Be Brought Up With This Scene.
Special Scenes
-There are special scenes featuring Zexion.
-One of these Additional scenes is Vexen looking for Xemnas.
-Zexion seems to be looking for something, Xemnas is well informed on what Zexion is trying to find.
-These are events taken place BEFORE the construction of Castle Oblivion.
-You get to learn a little secret about Xemnas after defeating a certain enemy. It's about a man who was losing his memory. It's done on purpose that no one is allowed to hear it. (Damn you Square-Enix)
Puzzle Mode
-Nomura enjoyed putting his illustrations into Puzzle Mode.
-The Puzzle mode can be accessed from Jiminy's Journal.
-There are pieces of them scattered all over Worlds.
-The pieces resemble crowns. (Yes everyone Crown Search = Puzzle Mode)
-The number of pieces are different each time, depending on the illustration.
-The name of the illustrations are as following. "Awakening" "Heart" "Inside and Outside" "EDGE" "Twilight" and "Evening".
Sora's Crown Accessory
-There are several different methods to earn this, however this also means the Crown above Sora's head will have a different color, depending on the method.
Nomura's Interview Points
-Theater mode is accessed by completing re:COM.
-There is an extra thing you can earn by beating KH2FM+ first, and then re:COM. (Meaning you can get something special beating games in both orders).
-Various abilities are needed for Crown Collection.
-Don't expect the same thing when refighting the Organization XIII, their attack patterns change every time!
-A New hint is shown in the secret ending. (Oh god...)

- The E.S has very powerful magical and physical spells.
- The E.S is able to perform unbelievable combination attacks.
Re:COM:
DUEL
-Duel is done only in Riku's side. When you put out a card, and your opponent puts out a card of the exact same number, you press triangle, and both you and the opponent pull out another card at the same time. The one with the highest number wins.
Hit
-If you continue putting out higher cards then the opponent, you get a special attack known as "Hit".
-A new skill for Riku known as Maelstrom is shown.
-The new move with Mickey is known as "Holy Burst"
-Pluto is now a card, in Sora's story.
-"Lucky Bounty" allows you to find treasure, with a card.

Beast Castle 1 - Beast's Accident.
The Land of Dragons 1 - Strong Mind
Olympus Coliseum = Hero's Crisis.
Extra Scenes
Here are more detailed bits about it.
-There is a mysterious man in a Black Coat who seems to be well informed about Xemnas.
-Vexen and Zexion work together to search for Xemnas.
-In one image Vexen is saying "Where is Lord Xemnas?"
-It should be noted that in the secret ending, although there is a Heart in the sky, that is thought to be "Kingdom Hearts" The color of it is different.
-Quoted from Famitsu "Is this the Holy War from those who have the Keyblade!?!?!?"
E.S Fight additions
You should not make ONE mistake.
His attacks are strong and he is very very fast!
Image One: A New secret ending is added to Final Mix+. Where 3 Mysterious Soldiers with the keyblades will be drawn into battle. There is Violent Development in this scene. A lot of mysteries will be brought up with this scene.
Image Two: In Addition there is a battle against the Enigmatic Soldier from the secret ending! This one's strength easily surpasses that of Organization XIII. It is easy to tell this will be the strongest boss in KH History! Notice the health bar to the top right? Is it possible to knock it down while it attacks?
Image Three: When you are in a battle and use a friend card. A friend will come to help you in battle. If you stock the cards however, an original technique is shown! This image is one of the many examples.
Image Four: When in battle with an enemy, with Riku only, you can enter "DUEL" in which you and the enemy are thrown into a Duel Mode with a Time Limit to put out a card. If the card is higher then the opponent you gain one card break. Earn the amount needed and you win the duel!
| The noticable changes in the Valor form are the change in uniform, from the traditional black outfit into a red costume. You can now wield two keyblades, your main one and one you specify in the items part of the menu (in the Valor weapon slot). The advantages are increased strength and speed, as well as more attacks per combo. You can also give damage to Goofy since the form causes you to merge with him. The disadvantages of the Valor form are that you cannot use magic, and Goofy will no longer be in your party for the duration of the drive. |

For this form, your outfit will change into a blue costume, since you are now merging with Donald. Your Keyblade length increases, and you carry it behind you while walking. Instead of walking or running, Sora glides along the floor as if you were skating or hovering, and shoots white magic bullets out of the end of the keyblade instead of swinging it as a sword. The advantages are your magic increases, and different magic attacks can be combined to make bigger combos. Magic can also be used in much more rapid succession. The disadvantages are Donald is no longer in the party for the duration of the battle because of the merge, and the drive gauge runs out faster than normal. |
| The Master form transforms Sora into a yellow costume, and once again has him wielding two keyblades. Your strength and magic both increase, and one of the keyblades isn't actually controlled by you (it is controlled with magic). The battle animation is modified, and has much more of a spin attack element to it. The speed of your attack is much faster, and after long combos you create large whirlwinds for large damage. Some disadvantages is that you are merged with Donald and Goofy, so neither is in your party for the duration of the drive. Also the drive gauge drains very fast. |

Sora's final form comes near the end of the game, and will transform him into a white / silver costume. The final form is the strongest form, but the hardest to obtain. You will once again be wielding two keyblades, but they will attack with a mind of their own. Both your strength and magic will greatly increase, and the attacks are the fastest possible. Also the attack graphics will have changed, and look much cooler. The disadvantages are that Donald and Goofy are both gone for the duration of the gauge, because Sora merges with them to gain their power. Also, the gauge drains extremely fast, giving very limited time to use this Drive form. |
