Lupeias was hustling down the hall, attempting to get to her response center as soon as she could. Unfortunately, this made her take longer.

"Aaah...Stop thinking...Runrunrun!"

  She let her mind wander onto the topic of her transfer.

  Hey, it was only one little mistake. After all, in a fic with two identical Jacks, it's hard to tell the real from the fake. Okay, we were just supposed to check it out, do some feild observance...It was a full moon! I can't control lunar phases! Why did they have to transfer us? I mean, mistakes happen to everyone...

  She bumped into a door. The door had a lopsided sign reading 'Response Center 343'

 Aaah. Home sweet home.

She pushed the door open and flopped into a chair.

"Saaaaang! Anything come up while I was gone?"

She waited for a response.

"Huh? Oh, nae. Not'ing yet. Bawred tae tears."

Sanguine got up and pressed a couple buttons on the consle.

"Hum. Ah maybe here, ah pro'ly there. Not'in' definite, nae 'Beep's. Ah almost miss t'e ov'whelmin' activity of PoTC. Final Fantasy 10 dinnae gi' much by t'e way of 'Sues."

"Damn." She responded.

"Yer fault, Miss 'Why-dinnae-Ah-just-kill-Jack-an'-endager-our-entire-mission'."

"Hey, I thought it was the other dude. I didn't mess up the mission. And you helped."

"There wahre at least five Uncanons that sae ye, an' four Canons. They also sae ye bein' ov'ly hostile, and growing fur. Fur, Ah tell ye. Along with the tail ye were sprouting." Sang gestured wildly.

"Full moon! Full moon! Not my fault! And they saw us!" Lupeias fumed.

"Oh, fahne. But that wasn't t'e first tahme, either. And befoa- uh- befoa- oh, we screwed up. Deahl."

"...Point taken. And I win."

"Dae nawt. It's ah tie."

"Fine."

"Fine."

As they were done arguing that subject to death, they both flopped onto the ugly standered furniture in the Response.
