Welcome to the Blaenavon Blues AFC web site. This is the first time the club has produced a web site and hope you find it interesting and informative.
The club is currently running two senior sides, the 1st team are competing in the Gwent County League Division 1, and the reserve team are competing in the Gwent Central League Division 1. We play our home games at the Co-op Field (Recreation Ground) Blaenavon. Kick Off for league games during the winter months (End October to End Feb) of 2.15pm. Cup games 1.45pm. 3.00pm Kick Offs at all other times. We have after match refreshments at Forgeside Rugby Club situated in Broad Street, Blaenavon. All opposing players, officials and supporters are welcome to the club after the game for a drink.

General Information
Senior Training
Pre season training starts Monday 29th June, 6.30pm at Rifle Green football pitch and then every Monday and Thursday until we change location for winter training. All old and new players welcome, if your interested in playing for Blaenavon Blues attend a few training sessions get to meet a great bunch of boys, and the club will get you signed on. Training will be under the supervison of first team manager Neil Reed, with Darren Pugh taking the coaching sessions. The U18's will also be training with the senior squad this season, with their manager Andy Jones and coaches Richard White, John Dixon and Chris Parker helping out with the coaching sessions.
