1. 0-4-0 ST 7x12" Bagnall "Chumlet". This is a whitemetal Wrightlines kit on a pug chassis. It is cabless, painted dark blue and has BVR simply painted in white on the side sheets. This was the loco behind the whole layout. It was also my first whitemetal kit. I am very pleased with it. Recently it was totaly rebuilt in preperation for Porthmadoc, and it now runs even more smoothly than ever, and it was repainted a lighter shade of dark blue(!), with red rods. A loverly loco.
2. 0-4-0 ST 7x12" Bagnall "Margaret". This arrived on the 17th feb 2007 as a wrightlines kit. It is the same as number 1, but with a cab, but painted maroon with BVR simply painted in white on the side sheets. This and "Chumlet" form the mainstay of the motive power fleet. It is very rear heavy and occasionally will pull superb wheelies. Due for its rebuild to get even smoother running.
3. 4wd Diesel Motor Rail Simplex 40hp "Racheal". This is a Motor Rail Simplex built from a Wrightlines kit over a couple of days after Christmas 07, it is heavily detailed and painted light green. It is mostly used on the Shropshire Lead Mine Ltd trains. It runs on a Spud and is a very good runner it does both slow and fast!

4. 4wd Diesel "Amy". This is a freelance diesel, based on a HO Model Power Plymouth 4 wheel shunter. It had the cab removed and a new 7mm one build in its place. it has a large "fuel" tank on the back filled with lead, and is an amazing runner, but needs a very controlled hand or turns into a rocket!
Locos 1-3 will be used most at exhibitions as they are the most reliable and happy with my very sharp curves, and loco no 4 will mostly be used for children to use, as this ones is quite safe, should they be lucky enough to get a go at operating it!
