The 09 season is here at last. Graham is currently doing a maths degree at Warwick (he's actually home now, but too lazy to take over the site again) and so I'll be updating the site for the near future.

Sunday 5th July
Unfortunately our second visit of the year to Hinton St George ended no better than the first as we were beaten yet again. Batting first we made just 75 all out (actually a recovery from a disasterous 22 for 7). Our bowlers were frugal however and top score in the Hinton innings turned out to be extras (32). In the end they passed our total, but took 28 overs to do so (with the loss of just 2 wickets).
Wednesday 1st July
This evening saw the team continue it's 20 over a side form with a victory against Blagdon Hill. Batting first, we made 126 for 8 (after recovering from 12 for 3 and Joe Hackett retired hurt) and then bowled the home team out for 98 in the penultimate over.
