All existing Scorpions should know these rules, but for those who don't and any new cheerleaders, please follow the following rules which exist to ensure a safe training environment and assist the Scorpion team coaches and committee to manage the team effectively:
- No chewing gum whilst training
- No jewellery to be worn (leave it at home or take it off well before training)
- Please refrain from wearing loose fitting clothes or clothes with ties or zips whilst training
- All members should wear Scorpion red T-shirt for training
- Tie all long hair back securely
- Do not stunt without the use of mats or a team coach in the room
- Arrive at training on time and with the correct fee before training
- Mobile Phone use during practice will not be tolerated
- If you are missing from Sunday training for more than 2 weeks without letting us know, your name may be withdrawn from the our register
- Stunting and talking at the same time is unacceptable
- The Scorpion website guestbook must not be used to inform the team of non-attendance to practice/training sessions. You must contact one of the committee members directly.
The most important rule of all is to respect every member of your squad and your management team as an individual and as a team mate.
Remember, training hard and safe means you are being the best you can be!!
