Type your title here.We started by cleaning out most of the stuff in the room. By "cleaning out" we mean moving it to the garage. Cleaning out the garage will be our project for the Fall. We also kinda planned out what the room will look like. We figure it will have two sections: a "family area" with a fireplace and TV and couch ( a convertable I guess) and a "play area" where the kids can play. The walls are not even, they have a lip where the walls meet the foundation so we decided to frame it out and sheet rock it. To do this we purchased a Paslode Cordless Power Framing Nailer.http://Paslode.com This is a really cool tool. It costs $279 new. It uses a gas cartridge and a battery. It was a good buy on eBay http://eBay.com at $191 and still a good buy after we had to buy a battery and charger for another $100 http://Lowes.com. It was still a good buy after we spent anpther $13 for the gas cartridge http://HomeDepot.com. I guess it's still a good buy even when we had to spend $35 for 4,000 nails when we only need a few hundred. But good buy or not it is still a very cool tool. |
