Birth in Harmony

• 3-5 classes reviewing breathing, focus points, comfort measures, positions, diet .. & 2 postpartum visits (24-48H & 2 wks after delivery)
• Unlimited phone support and consultations (8AM-8PM, if you are not in labor yet)
• On-call 24H/7D 2 weeks prior to your Estimated Due Date and 2 weeks after
• Assistance in writing birth plan
• Emotional, physical and informational support at the hospital, home or birth center
• Explanations of medical procedures
• Advocate or “guardian” of mother and birth partner’s for the wishes of the baby
• Positioning suggestions during labor and birth for comfort and progress
• Support the mother’s partner so that he/she may find his/her own comfort measures
• Fees are $350
