Summer Workout Expectations
*These are the expectations of your individual workout expectations needed to begin the BHS "High Flyers" Colorguard Camp held July 28 - August 1 (9am-4pm). These activities will assist the entire group begin at an even level for adding vocabulary / choreography for the Fall 2008 Marching Show to the music from "Radiohead".
PHYSICAL CONDITIONING
[This is just a short list - please adjust each activity to your own skills and work on continuous - DAILY progress as an individual.]
Strength Training - Push ups, Sit ups, Yoga poses, (WORKING WITH WEIGHTS), Yoga Booty Ballet Exercises, In & Out of the Ground moves.
Aerobic - (Any activity that gets your heart rate up and breathing up.) Jogging, Running, Marching in place, Biking, Swimming. (DONE AT A FAST PACE). We will be jogging each day around the field. Across the floors - movement exercises.
Flexibility - DAILY stretching (all major muscle groups Head to Toe), splits (both legs & center), back bends, hand stands, front rolls, ballet extensions - kicks, leaps, and across the floor traveling moves.

EVERYTHING DONE WITH BOTH HANDS - BOTH SIDES ON ALL EQUIPMENT
You should have your hands on every piece of equipment every day - expectations for continuous - DAILY progress of skills as an individual !

* All members should have a CD with the first THREE Songs of our 2008 Marching Show with music from the group "RADIOHEAD".
