Marine Mammals

These are the cetacean species which I have seen passing here.
Harbour Porpoise (often seen)
Minke Whale 2-3 (20/6/06
Bottle Nosed Dolphin (1)
White Beaked Dolphin (3)
There have been Whale sightings too. Such as Long Finned Pilot Whale.
Both Common and Grey Seals can often be seen here, and sometimes rest on the rocks near the lighthouse. The Grey seal is the one most likely to be seen.(just look for the "roman nose" as the Common seals face is flatter)
