Billy Goat Company

Congradulations to Alex Von Der Embse of Putnam county.  Alex and Billy Goat Co Carried Away A.K.A Oreo won Reserve Champion in the Putnam county fair Pygmy goat division.  Billy Goat Co Adalida, also owned by Alex, came in third.  Alex also did a fantastic job showing Oreo in the showmanship class.

EVERYONE OVER 18 MONTHS OLD WAS TESTED FOR AND TESTED NEGATIVE FOR JOHNES DISEASE JUNE 2008!!!!! We plan to test the herd once a year. Testing was done by Dr. Mike Brothers of Animal Hospital of Tiffin in Tiffin, Ohio. Results are available for any potential buyers to view.

We are a small hobby farm breeding NPGA registered pygmy goats located in northwest Ohio, in the small town of McComb. We started with a reg. doe and a wether. Since then we have fallen in love with these fun little goats.  Our herd now consists of three bucks, one wether and eleven does. We make sure we take the time to play and socialize our kids to ensure friendly babies. We have been careful about what we have brought home in order to keep our herd free of disease and driven many miles to get quality goats. Our goal is to have happy, healthy and friendly kids available for pet or show. We are an abcess free herd. All kids will be disbudded unless a special request is made and kid is paid in full, also, all kids will be tattooed, up-to-date on wormings, and vaccines.  We have added two beautiful dark Caramel bucks from Aribba Acres and Hughes Hill Pygmies for the fall 2008 and spring 2009 breedings.
