End2End 2007

Rider: Billy Big Skid

My Personal Space

Hello and Welcome to my own space.......My name is Allan Kingdom, i am 47 years old and have 37 years riding experience. I am one of the twelve riders on the End2End fundraising motorcycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats in April. We are determined to raise as much money as possible for the MGP Helicopter Fund and also the Rob Vine Medical Fund. Both charities are in attendance at all the motorsport events on the Isle of Man in particular the TT races where they maintain the highest possible response to injured riders. There are people around today who would not be with us were it not for these priceless assets.

It is also home to Big Skid Racing where you may follow my experiences on track, although they will be somwhat sparse this year due to lack of funds, but i'm always open to offers of sponsorship.

Take time to browse the musings of a fat, bald 40 summat and keep checking for new updates and pics.

cheers

Allan

Here's a picture of the bike i'm doing the End2end run on.

Looks a bit sick at the moment, the package is good.... Kawasaki ZX7R with a ZX9R engine, 147 BHP, Harris yokes clipons and rearsets, full Akropovic race exhaust system as well. Unfortunately, being an ex-race bike and although the price was very good, it came with more than it's fair share of (not unexpected) gremlins and bodges,.......erm......anyone know a good auto electrician sympathetic to the cause?

Here's a picture of me a Cadwell last season. The bike is a tuned ZXR400L, cracking little bike it is too! Have you sussed out that i like Kawasakis yet?

Here's a picture of my trials bike, a 1977 350cc Ossa.

The old gentleman is  a bit sick at the moment, it keeps dumping it's gearbox oil all over the floor. I Also have a 1979 Triumph T140E.
