These condos are in a new building View Talay 5D. View Talay 5C sold
out faster than any new building I have ever seen in Jomtien. And
View Talay 5D is a better building since it is closer to the street
and offers better views of both the sea and city if you are on the
Pattaya side of the building.

for approximately 200,000 Baht more for the same condo, on the same
