Bike Friz: Your technicolor disco sport

Description of the game:

Friz is played on a field of any size, with or without boundaries. An area the size of half a football field is a good size for a game. All players ride bicycles, typically mountain bikes, while throwing and catching a disc. The number of players can vary from 2 on 2 on up, with 4 on 4 to 5 on 5 being ideal. Everyone on a team must make a reception during one possession to score a point. After a point is scored teams line up on opposite sides of the field and the team which scored "kicks off" to the other team by throwing the disc towards them. To maximize fun, players should not get bogged down with rules.  The game can be adapted to almost any field, skill level or preference.

What makes Friz What it is.

Have you ever thrown a frisbee?  Ever ridden a bike?  we put them together for your pleasure!

Here are the 3 essentials

1.  A player with the disc may not touch the ground with their feet or they must give up possession by dropping it to the ground where anyone may pick it up.

2.  The number of passes decided upon by both teams must be completed without a loss of team possession to score a point.

3.  The defensive team receives a point for every intercepted pass
