Don't know much about the hit Reality TV show "The Biggest Loser"? Well here's a little bit of information that may help you understand the whole concept of this challenge.
Reality TV shows like The Real World and The Apprentice pick sterotyped characters to appear on them week after week and season after season. The Biggest Loser, however, is a different make-up entirely, featuring normal yet overweight contestants to compete to see who can lose the most weight and be the "Biggest Loser".
Our challenge is based on the Reality TV show, but some of our rules are different. To find out more about the challenge the check out the links on the left hand side.
Some people have complained about the show and how the contestants were losing too much weight too fast, but you need to remember that those people were dangerously overweight and needed to shed the pounds. Rapid weight loss is dangerous for people of average body weight. Therefore we just want to state that the "Biggest Loser Challenge" contestants should probably only be losing between 0-2 pounds per week. Three at the most. You may lose a bit more, but don't expect to be losing 10 pounds every week!
