We now have a total of 30 young ladies and lads (with 16 sponsors.)  Of the 30 total we are still trying to outfit several.  The second phase is well underway, and with your help we can make it even more successful than the first!

Please see our Schedule page.  We have already split into two teams to get more done.  Each team still has to be properly outfitted and supplied. 

We ask that you forward our website and information to anyone you think may be able to help.

Each of the retired or former military members directly sponsors at least one student in addition to helping the team in many different ways.

We try to outfit each member with the following:  (1) pair bib overalls, (1) set insulated coveralls, (1) pair hunting/work boots, (2) sets work pants and shirts, (1) jacket or coat, (1) insulated vest, (2) pair leather work gloves, (2) sets PT gear, (1) survival whistle with compass, (1) camelbak, (1) pair binoculars, and (2) sets of winter sweats.  Note:  We sometimes ask for different colors to identify the separate teams.

(*) Update as of 090902:  We are in dire need of two (2) laptop computers.  One of ours just crashed hard yesterday, and we are still one short overall.  Please-Please-Please--anyone out there that can help us out?  The one that crashed has already been repaired four times and the tech says it's beyond hope this time...and he's a fantastic tech!

(*) IF YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE AN IMPACT, PLEASE DONATE A HUSQVARNA 357XP!  Why this one?  It is one of the SAFEST models out there.  We have lots of spare parts for it, it is the right size/weight-to-power ratio for the kids, and they already know this model saw the best.  The two that we have must receive two hours of maintenance and upkeep for every four hours of operation.  (They were donated "junkers")
