Okay, so if you're reading this you want to know a little more about me.
My name is Cody and I am currently a freshman in college. I am a journalism major and hope to someday cover sports for a newspaper or magazine. Being an ESPN writer or anchor would be my dream job.
From a collecting standpoint, I collect just about everything. My room is filled top to bottom with so much stuff. Thankfully, I have a good idea of just what I have without actually have to look for it. From a card standpoint, I collect mostly basketball and Richard Hamilton, though I definitely will trade for anything that catches my eye.
I have been a member of Trader Retreat since late 2002. That means I've seen the original TR, Hoops Collector, and now the new TR Network. I am a Gold Member on the forums, meaning I have over 100 successful trades. My member ID is BigBen.
I just decided to re-enter the hobby after taking a couple of years off from seriously collecting. At one point I would have considered my Richard Hamilton collection as one of the best in the world, but now I have a lot of catching up to do.
The Site
One of my other hobbies is web design. When I decided to restart my collection, it hit me that I needed to replace my outdated trade site. Hopefully this new, yet simple, Web 2.0 design goes over well.
