 Hello and welcome to The Biased Ref, the online magazine all about the beautiful game. Though not always serious, this site aims to bring you the main points of interest for all fans of English Football, from the Premiership down to the conference and beyond. It's all here and all for you!!
The Inaugural Biased Ref Awards will be taking place at the end of the 2004/05 season, and we want your votes and thoughts on the clubs, players and managers who should be awarded for their achievements throughout the season. 2004/05 Season Kick-Off Competition |

 The entries are pouring in thick and fast for our Trophy Predictions competition! To commemerate the fact that this upcoming season will be the first that we cover here at Biased Ref, we are offering a Biased Ref Goodie Bag (jam-packed full of merchandise and limited edition Biased Ref gear) to all you "Soccer Experts" out there.
All we want you to do is send us an email with your predictions for the following;
1. Premier League Champions
2. FA Cup winners
3. League Cup Winners
4. Champions League Winners
5. UEFA Cup Winners.
Email your predictions to: biasedref@yahoo.co.uk before the closing date, which is 30th September 2004. We don't expect anyone to get ALL FIVE correct (but you never know!!!) but whoever comes closest will get the goodie-bag. Winners will be notified initially by email and then on the site (if agreed to by the winner). |

We Want YOUR Contributions! |

Here at the Biased Ref, we are constantly requesting contributions from YOU, our readers. We want your votes in our Biased Ref Awards and your thoughts and opinions on the letters page!
The letters page in particular, is where you can really get things of your chest and have a good old rant at the state of the game, or indeed this website! We want to know your thoughts, so let's have a heated debate!
On The Biased Ref XTRA- our sister-channel, there is a page dedicated to articles and reports written by you, our readers. Let us know about your local side, a stadium review, a general comment on the game. ANYTHING! Please send your articles as an email, or as an attachment in Word format (.doc).
Also, if you see an article that provokes you into writing in, be it a letter, a report, a rant, etc., please do so.
The idea is that we can get some interesting arguments and discussions about the game!
Whatever your soccer-related gripe, let's have it!
