We need parent and student volunteers to help in various ways during upcoming performances. These are all easy positions to fill and typically only take an hour or so before the show or during intermission. You can come help and still catch the show!

CAST PARTY HOST

TICKET SALES
The person performing this duty will need to arrive at the school by 6:15pm on performance nights and also be available to sell tickets during intermission. For each ticket booth, one person will manage the computer program and ticket printing, the other will handle cash transactions and answer questions.
BACKSTAGE SEAMSTRESS
The seamstress needs to arrive at the school by 6:00pm and will be responsible for any clothing repairs backstage prior to and during the show. (Most are simple button replacement and straight tear repairs.)
FLOWER / T-SHIRT SALES
The person performing this duty will need to arrive at the school by 6:45pm and be available to sell flowers and t-shirts prior to the show, during intermission, and possibly after the show.
USHERING / CONCESSIONS
The person performing this duty will need to arrive at the school between 6:15-6:30pm take tickets and help usher theatre patrons to their seats. During intermission, the ushers will be responsible for selling concessions.
PICTURE / DVD TABLE
The person performing this duty will need to arrive at the school by 6:45 pm and will be responsible for taking picture & DVD orders prior to the show, during intermission, and possibly after the show. They will also distribute picture orders from that evening after the show.
BREAK - A - LEGS
This person will arrive by 6:45 pm and be available to sell 'break-a-leg' notes before the show and during intermission. These notes will be sorted and delivered to the cast after the show.
SILENT AUCTION
Volunteers will arrive at the school by 5:30 to help set up the display and help monitor traffic and bidders prior to the show's opening. At the close of intermission, volunteers will do a sign of who the winning bidders are, then collect the monies at the close of the performance.
DINNER EVENTS
Volunteers arrive 1-2 hours before the meal and help set up the room, cook the food. They (or others) will take payments,l help serve and cleanup the event.
CAST PARTY HOST
Families sign up to host the cast/crew party that follows Fri/Saturday performances. You simply open up your home to 25-80 kids (depending on show size) and provide food. (You can also ask kids to bring contributions.) Parties typically run until 1 am.
