BHS Theatre Boosters

We are currently compiling a CD of performance photos for parents.  This CD will be given to all cast, crew & pit members at no charge.

If you have captured pictures you would like to share from the performance, picture night, cast parties or other events, you can email them to christine.zrust@theatreBHS.com or send them to the Mraz Center office to Christine Zrust's attention.

The CD should be complete by May 15th.

Help us spread the word about this great show and generate ticket sales.  How?

• Mail show postcards to your family & friends.  (These can be picked up in the Mraz)
• Help put up posters around town.  (Also available in the Mraz Ticket Office.)
• Email the show announcement.  (To download, click here.)

We also can always use help with fundraising.  Some areas include:

• Advertising in the souvenir program.  (To see rates, click here.)
• Donations for our silent auction (scheduled for April 19th & 26th)
• Become a member of our Angel Society ad make a cash donation.
• Buy tickets for the April 26th dinner ($5 - to see menu, click here)

Booster fees for Into the Woods are due by opening night.  The $60 payment is due from all members of the cast, crew and orchestra pit.  These monies are essential to maintaining the continued vitality of the program, so please be sure to get yours in.

There is a annual cap of $120 per student per year.  (This is for booster fees only - not activity fees.)  So, if you have been in other shows this year, you may have already met this cap and do not owe a fee.  All booster payments count towards Angel Society donations and you will be recognized accordingly for this contribution.

Thank you to everyone who auditioned and congratulations to the following actors.  To those who have not made the cast, we encourage you to become a part of this production as a vital member of the crew.  Rehearsals schedules will be posted to the site later next week.  However, be sure to watch the Mraz Center doors for announcements.
