Urinetown is now open and we making plans for the closing celebration. The youth have their cast parties, so we invite the parents and adults (both with this production and past shows) to join us for our own informal social gathering. 
When: After the Saturday, July 26th performance
Where: Jo Jo's Rise and Wine (Across from Nicollet Commons Park in the Heart of the City)
These events have been a celebrated tradition as parents gather to reflect on another success show and the craziness it took to get there. It is sure to be a great time and we hope to see you there!

For the second consecutive year, BHS Theatre Guild will be hosting a summer camp for incoming sophomores and upper class students who are interested in participating in theatre at Burnsville High School for the first time in 08-09.
The day camp runs August 11- 15th in the Mraz Center. The cost is $50, which helps to defray the expenses of meals and supplies. Registration is due by July 31, 2008. For more information, click here to download the brochure.
Whether you are looking to be a stage performer, or hope to get involved backstage or in the pit, this camp will offer a strong look at all areas. We will not only be looking for actors and musicians this year, but also light and sound technicians, stage crafters, videographers, costumers, publicity and graphic designers.
If you have not yet been a part of BHS Theatre, this year is a great time in which to start. We have some truly stellar productions ahead of us and welcome new members on and off the stage.

Sally Graff has been awarded the John Coskran Volunteer Award by ISD 191 in recognition for her commitment and years of service to the BHS Theatre Guild. This annual award honors and recognizes volunteers throughout the district who give of themselves to enhance our students' educational experiences and demonstrate the importance of citizenship to our children.
