Special Cleans
At B and G, we specialize in professional private housecleaning, using the 'Presentation' cleaning method. Although we do not specialize in commercial work, we do contract with owners of rental properties occasionally. We use the same tried-and-true methods on rentals as we do with our residential customers.

• Our Experience: Before forming B & G , Bob worked maintenance at upper-end apartments for ten years, and later was the warehouse and installation manager for a major carpet company. Gayla worked in management with Ace Hardware and Fred Meyer for many years, and is well experienced in cleaning homes and properties. She has nearly ten years' of experience in the cleaning business.
• You can feel confident about our experience with rentals. We have traveled around the state to restore properties to "rent-ready."
• We are NOT the cheapest you can find. However, people call us 'when they want the best.' 

OUR POLICIES ON WORKING WITH RENTALS

• We will usually need to inspect the home or rental property before we give you a bid.
• We CAN perform light maintenance, such as painting or electrical, but we do charge slightly more than some other services for this type of work.
• We require a 50% down payment on any commercial work, with balance due immediately on completion.

Special Cleanings

Occasionally, we are asked to perform some type of 'special' cleaning. This usually means a one-time-only deep clean, from top to bottom. It can be for a holiday, a move-out/in, or a family event. On these cleans, we usually must bid the home in-person, unless the client can provide pictures and a realistic description of the home through e-mail with attachments. The things we generally need to know are: square footage of the home, number of bathrooms, types of floorings, and what type of appliances are used in the kitchen areas.

A typical bid for this type of work is not cheap, and can run several hundred dollars per floor, depending on the size of the home and many other factors. However, we do clean your home from ceilings to baseboards and guarantee your satisfaction.

It is best to arrange for a special clean as far in advance as possible. Often, we must move our regular customers on the schedule in order to accommodate a special, so we need to know in advance.
