Our attention is focused on past and present.We need to expand our efforts to include the future - the only time frame we have the power to influence ! The coming globalized information society and the knowledge based economy are driven by two main engines: FREE INFORMATION and FREE COMPETITION - inexhaustible resources that should be freely accessible to all.We must develop and promote these valuable resources.
