Plateaus can be very discouaraging especially when you feel like you're trying your hardest and nothing will make the scale budge here are some tricks to try
- DON'T GIVE UP! it will pass eventually, i promise
- drink an extra cup or two of green tea every morning to help ur metabolism or take green tea or guarana pills for a few days to get ur metabolism up
- change ur excersize routine at least for a few days. if u normally run, try the stair master or biking. When you do the same excersize all the time your body gets too acustomed to it
- start weight training! more muscle means more fat burning (and no you won't look like like a man, that takes a lot of hard work and testosterone)
