BRUNCH, LUNCH, late AFTERNOON-COCKTAIL hour & DINNERS . . .
I can accomodate up to 40 individuals (or 20 couples) but prefer 10-20 persons in order to give them a one-to-one unique experience in tasting the finest food, appreciating hospitality of a five-star staff and seeing me assist in a gala event at a formal or informal location, perhaps your office meeting room, your metropark beach-side barbecue, your church basement, your local golf course party center or your home- get together for family, friends & co-workers. I work in my local area, Warrensville Hts but I will travel to Lyndhurst, Beachwood, Gates Mills, Euclid, Pepper Pike, Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Aurora, Mantua, Ravenna, Twinsburg, Wickliffe and also Mayfield Heights, OHIO.
I cook but do not have the restaurant utensils nor cookware available at this time so I use your kitchen at your supervision. I do things as my client expects without changes or suggestions unless duly noted by hostess. I also serve, simple bartend, grill, sautee, frost (as in cakes and cookies), arrange platters dairy and meat and know KOSHER prep well, having worked sater, wakes, succats, and wonderful barmitzvahs and bapmitzvahs. I also help out at babyshowers, christenings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelor and bachlorette parties, engagements and even those silver anniversaries ! Whatever the occasion, I will see your event is a success !
