Sometimes our lives don't always go as planned, we don't meet our goals when we hoped we would, and things aren't exactly how we imaged they would be. But that doesn't mean we should just give up. The important thing is that we persevere and continue working toward our goals, even if it takes a little bit longer than we would have liked. Hence why I love the quote "It doesn't mater how slowly you go as long as you don't stop"- because on your weight loss journey or road to any goal it's not how quickly you reach your destination, but that you're moving forward that matters.
So I've reevaluated my weight loss goals, was realistic about what I should expect out of myself and my body at this point, and have made up some new goals. And this time around I'm going to work hard to try and reach them! :)
