My Weight History

I have been a chubby girl since about 3rd grade.  My weight went up and down all through high school, but I was always big.  In college, my weight spiked up to 240 pounds, and I knew I had to lose weight.  I went on a crash diet, lost 50 pounds, and gained it all back and then some within 2 years.

Weight Watchers

By September 2003, I was up to 239 pounds.  I wanted to lose weight.  I did South Beach and got my weight down to 219, but by the time March 2004 rolled around, I was up to 228.  I knew I had to do something.  I was so sick of being fat and constantly feeling lazy and lethargic.  I felt like a slob in many aspects of my life. I decided to join weight watchers, something I had tried in the past but not been successful in.  I have been on weight watchers ever since.  I have finally found a diet that I can live with for the rest of my life.
