By submitting an item to this site you agree:
- Any post made to this site is a statement of that individual's OPINION(S) regarding the issue they address. You are, in
essence,
presenting a cyber editorial letter. You may do that on the editorial page as an anonymous contributor. Your contribution must be
believable, reasonable and not malicious, threatening or into name calling.
- Matters of public record can be stated as fact. For example, we can talk about the Chancery Court Consent Decree freely since it is a
matter of public record and state it is "fact" as long as we quote from the official documents. Our comments about that document become
editorial if they are not wrote excerpts from the public, legal document or they interpret, clarify or bias the facts from the official
public document.
- Comments you make about the matters of record, people, times, dates, etc.,
are your opinions or interpretation of the facts and ARE EDITORIAL.
- When you submit information that is personal about you and your specific situation that details
events, people and circumstances you are functioning as a freelance writer. You may claim copyright privileges for that article.
The only way we can publish your writings as a factual article is to have your real name to post along with the article
as writer credit for that article. If you are willing to present your article with your real name we will be happy to post that article to the
news page. If you do not wish to post your real name or want to be totally anonymous, your letter will be posted as an editorial.
