Every care will be taken of visiting mares,

but no responsibility can be accepted for accident or disease.

No guarantee can be given that mares will prove

in foal as a result of the visit, but every effort is made

to ensure that this is so.

Owners/agents are asked to fil in the nomination form fully

to facilitate the issue of service certificates.

They will be notified of the dates on which their mare is served

and of any subsequent dates on which they may return

to the stallion.

Mares will be accepted to return to the stallion

free of charge, the following year, upon evidence from

 their veterinary surgeon that the mare was empty

 on Oct 1st of the year of service.

This condition is granted to the MARE and

 not the owner at the time of visit.

Any necessary veterinary, farrier or other expenses

incurred will be charged to the owner at cost.

All mares to be wormed & have hind shoes

removed before arrival.

No mare shall be removed until the account has

been settled in full.
