 2008 was Ben Avon V.F.C.'s busiest year ever. We ran 278 calls. The officers thank all of the members for their dedication.


 

Company Information

The Ben Avon Volunteer Fire Company is always looking for new members to join its ranks. You don't have to fight fires to join. There's plenty to do around the fire station and fire ground besides fight fires. We'll be more than happy to talk to you. Wondering what to do with that spare time you might have? Why not help your neighbor and your community when they need help the most? NO experience necessary. We'll train you. All you need is the desire to perform.


 

 


Response Update

Effective September 1, 2009 the Ben Avon Volunteer Fire Company will begin to provide fire protection to half of Kilbuck Twp. We will cover the part of Kilbuck Twp. that lies west of Plummer Ave. in Emsworth. The Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company will cover the other half. Together we will provide the structural response. All other calls will be handled by the individual company whose area the call is in. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us or stop by the station anytime the door is open.
