The last hostess had the same reasons as me so I have added or changed her reasons.

1. His character.
   He’s sweet, calm, cool, he can cook, catch fish, do the laundry and all sorts of stuff! Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a decent guy in THIS world who is willing to do housework at their own will?! Besides…I’m attracted to calm, sensitive guys which is also why I like Quarte (GW), of course I like Belmont more but let’s not get into that.

2. Uniqueness
   Belmont IS quite the character. He doesn’t act like most boys, he’s unique and is not afraid to show it. He has the courage to do the stuff he wants to do and isn’t effected by other people’s opinions of him. This all makes him a very strong person. You know when some girls say things along the lines of “He’s like no other person”, “He’s not like other boys”, “He different”, “He’s one in a million”? Well they all apply to Belmont. He’s not a tough guy, smug or one of those hyperactive characters with huge appetites.

3. He’s made Erika happy.
   In my opinion, I think Medabots is a little cruel to Erika. She seems to have a pretty hard time with all the kids at school talking behind her back and all- no wonder she acts like that. When Belmont was introduced to her you could see the change in Erika’s personality. Her calmer side began to bloom and the true Erika showed through. Belmont has made Erika so happy (and sad…but in a good way that strengthened their relationship) and I like him because of it.

4. KAIWAIINESS!
   Heheh..the most obvious one. Belmont is SUPER CUTE! Look at that lush blonde hair, light skin, sweet genuine smile and violet eyes…those gorgeous deep sparkly violet eyes… HANYAN! And it won’t end there. Just look at him, he seems so soft and lean making him very, very huggable! I’ll have to draw a Belmont chibi now.

5. The sea
   We both love the sea. I’ve had dreams of sailing or swimming around the world, visiting different countries and making new friends from an early age. Now I dream of sailing with Belmont around the world ^^. I live right by the beach, so every time I look at the blue green shores outside my bedroom window in the morning, I think of him.

6. The stars
   We both love stargazing. When you stare off into the distance at night with the sound of insects in the background, stars can make you feel so peaceful. It's a feeling I like.

7. Because he’s Belmont
   He has a sweet character, Kaiwaii looks, strength, self control, gentleness and kindness. What more could you ask for? If only Medabots gave more details on this guy…

8. This quote
   “When you travel halfway around the world you notice how some things are different while others stay the same, kinda like the stars here. In the skies over Japan they’re all in different places. But stars look just as beautiful here as they do in Iceland. I find that comforting.”

   Normally, I’m not swayed by words but when I watched the part in episode 47 when Belmont was stargazing and musing, it was just so sweet…sweet enough to make me melt…^^*

9. Wishful thinking
   You don't get real life guys like Belmont but IF ONLY a guy like him existed. If someone asked "How would you describe the perfect guy?" I'ld describe Belmont. There's a saying "All the perfect guys on Earth are either imaginary, gay or out of your reach." (girls with ideal boyfriends + guys out there- don't kill me!) Well Belmont just happens to be perfect...and just happens to imaginary and out of our reaches >_< *sigh*

10. It just HAPPENED.
    I watched that one episode and saw that one scene of Belmont and Erika (Berumotuto and Arika) and hey presto. I was hooked. I was hooked the very first time I saw it. That was back in Summmer 2000. Now it's fall 2005 and it's still going strong.
