Bellwood Park Future

To be, or not to be (Hamlet 3/1)

Check here for important Association updates!

Yep, It's Still Us!

After a year of the same old appearance, I figured it was time for an update... so welcome to our new look, hope you like the change! I'll be updating the portal page eventually too, but it'll take a little longer... I actually have to code it, rather than just clicking a few buttons.

Welcome to the Bellwood Community Homeowners Association Site!

This site is sponsored by the owners of the homes located in Bellwood Park.

We encourage you to come look around, visit us in our community and meet the people who live here. If you support our plight, please consider signing our petition, as a show of moral support.

We own over 250 affordable, accessible homes located just north of Robertson Rd. near Moodie Dr. Bells Corners in Canada's Capital City, Ottawa.

Some of our homes have been here for close to fifty years and while they were originally designated as mobile, most are now permanent dwellings. Our community is a mature, clean, safe and affordable place for all.

Thousands of people have lived in our community over the years, and value the memories of their time here.

We believe our neighbourhood is a leading example of quality affordable housing.

CONGRATULATIONS BELLWOOD RESIDENTS

We will officially be the

BELLWOOD COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Thank you everyone for your support at our Annual General Meeting May 30th. The Directors of your Association were extremely pleased with the large number of Bellwood homeowners who took to time to come and participate in the lively debate and in the ratification our Constitution and By-laws. The opportunity for us to finally meet with you again and to witness your democratic participation in the development of the future of your park, was the completion of one more step. We would like to thank you for the vote of confidence in the interim Board of Directors by re-electing us to help guide you on the road ahead and to allow us to complete our job.

The following seven candidates were elected to the Board of Directors of the Bellwood Community  Homeowners Association. Inc

Julie Amyot

Annie Coghlan

Christina Eisner

Bill Jones

Nikki LaRoche

Brian Law

Brian Welton

For those who were unable to attend the meeting, we will be forwarding a copy of the minutes of the meeting  to all homeowners.

Bellwood Park: From Then to Now

Our community has been a thriving part of the Bells Corners community for over half a century. In that span many families, in some cases multiple generations, have built their homes, lives and memories here. We would like to share some those memories; of those who still live here and those that have come and gone, to record them for those who are yet to come.
If you have a story of the park you'd like to relate, and/or pictures of days gone by, please send them to  and we will post them here, so we can all learn a little bit more of our rich historic past.
