Introducing: Swan Holding Court At Bellwether
Named for actor John Wayne, "Duke" has come to us thru the kindness of Suanne Hardie at Swan Collies in TX. Duke is a Brackett's Formula on Ch. Bethany's Preacherman,"Brewster" CCA 1996 BOB. He is also a grandson of Ch.Swan's AU N Phoenix Rising, the pick pup from our 2002 litter by Ch.Chelsea The Crown Prince HIC ex our foundation bitch Gold Hill Mother Lode. When I can get him to stop romping I will get a side profile for ya'll. Duke will be our stud here once he passes his OFA hips and elbow plus thyroid and heart clearances so he can continue the superb vertical pedigree behind him which Suanne has been so diligent to create. His whole litter is AVCO rated normal-eyed and we are excited to do the DNA test this Fall to see if Duke might also be a n/c for CEA. I took Duke to the Sunnybank Gathering in New Jersey in August where he recieved favorable reviews and at the Virtues Match was runner-up to Best Side Gait at 13 weeks old.
