Wicca is a nature based religion. We value all living life no matter how big, small, weak, or strong. People of the Wiccan faith value individualism and freedom of thought. So you are free to come up with your own ideas about everything. We believe in Spirit who is both male and female. We value neither more than the other. Everyone is equal in Wicca. Wiccans also believe in reincarnation. When you die your soul goes to a place called the Summerland where you prepare for reincarnation.
Here are the Principles of Belief written in 1974 by the Council of American Witches(these are shortened to the main point):
1.) We celebrate God through rituals and rather than having churches Witches meet in there homes to perform these rituals.
2.) Wiccans strive to live in harmony with nature and do their best to protect it.
3.)We acknoledge a depth of power far greater than is apparent to the average person.
4.)We believe in a God and a Goddess. These two forces combined create Spirit.
5.)We value the power of the mind as much as much as the world around us.
6.)We do not recognize any authoritarian hierarchy but we do respect and honor those who teach and guide us.
7.) We try and keep an open mind as much as possible. We believe all aspects of life are connected.
8.) How you live and learn and deal with the world around you is what makes you a witch. Just calling yourself a witch or dressing how you think a witch would does not make you a Witch.
9.)Witches respect all life.
10.)We believe there are many paths to God and do not believe there is any one true or right path.
11.)There is no one right way to practice the Craft. The religion is what you make of it.
12.)We do not worship the devil or satan. We believe that to name evil is to give evil power.
13.)Witches work with nature not against it. We believe there is no power greater than God and respect individual people's right to practice a positive faith.

Here are the signs and symbols of wicca:
This is the Pentacle. The pentacle stands for Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and human. The circle surrounding the pentacle represents the never ending love of Spirit. You can wear the Pentacle for protection or just to show your faith.
This is the symbol of the Goddess. The middle represents a full moon while the sides are crescent moons. This represents the female side of Spirit.
