The site at Bee Mill, Ribchester has been extensively developed and sub divided, so there is now an extensive stock of individual units and office space for rent. The buildings are both the lower roof (10ft 6 inches) north light buildings and modern portal frame units with higher roof (28ft). Almost all units are entirely on the ground floor and most of the units have some office space. Broadband is available. |

Portal frame buildings
These high roofed buildings are ideal for use with mezzanine floors. Currently we have units of 3500 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft and 10,000 in this construction type. These units are equipped with offices, wc facilities, gas space heaters running off mains gas and single and three phase electricity. Access is via roller shutter doors and pedestrian doors. |

North Light Buildings
These lower roofed buildings are typically available in sizes from 1000 sq ft to 2500 sq ft. Units are generally equipped with offices, wc facilities, space heating from mains gas and single and three phase electricity. Broadband is available. |

Offices
There are a number of offices available to let. Sizes range from 130 sq ft to 450sq ft. |

Site security
The site is protected by gates which are opened and closed remotely. The site is covered by CCTV which is both recorded on site and monitored off site. Access to units outside of normal working hours is controlled via user passwords with the monitoring station. As a rural village, the area enjoys low crime rates. |

Rental charges
These vary from £2.50 - £3.20 per sq ft per annum for industrial units up to £7.50 per sq ft per annum for office space. |
