Bedrock Acres Quarters and Paints

Rosie:  is a well bred reining paint mare.  This mare was originally purchased as a partnership that Wilma had with her sister in law.  Rosie was taken to shows at the breed level across Ontario and was shown by a young girl that was taking lessons from Kris.  This mare when purchased had already been competing on the Ontario Reining Association circuit and had already produced a bay and white overo colt for the previous owners.  Rosie was bred to Double Duece and produced a beautiful solid bay filly for Wilma.  With the down sizing Rosie and the foal were both sold on and Rosie can still be found producing top reining prospects.

Honey:  another well bred QH ranch bred mare.  This mare was purchased as a 5 month weanling from a PMU Farm in Manitoba.  Kris trained her and showed her to numerous year end awards at the local level in Halter and Western Pleasure.  She then went on to become one of the broodmares and produced a gorgeous sorrel and white overo colt.  This colt was by the late Tagamania who was sired by Tag A Bear.  Another well known stallion in Ontario.  Again, with the farm scaling down she was one of the mares that was sold and is now happily enjoying life as a teenager's pride and joy.
