-Sojourn tax is fixed on 0,71 EUR per person and is included in price
-Raining  more than 3 hours in a row  price is lower /for that day/ for 20% for  guests in    
    hous  with    previeus sojourn of  7 days
- Third bed in app. or room can be handled - up  -negotiated to 50%
- In principe: To make the reservation, the guest has to pay advance in value of two days   sojourn for a week
which will be taken away from previous price on arrival. The payement is due by  value-letter -/valuable letter/
on our address.  Guest can reserve app.or room without paying advance if he has recommendation
or if it is mutual  agreed-accepted/by both side/.
