Every Friday Night- Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find support, help, and encouragement for your hurt, hang-up, or addictive habit from those who have walked the same road. We meet every Friday night from 7-9 PM (optional dinner at 6 PM) at Alliance 1035 Highway 105 Bypass in Boone. Childcare available. Confidentiality assured. |
The First Monday of Every Month- NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) meets at 7pm at the Watauga County Human Services Building- anyone welcome!
The First Thursday of Every Month- Children's Collaborative meets at 9:30am at the Watauga County Human Services Building to discuss services available and service gaps in the Watauga County area for children, adolescents and families. Anyone welcome- parents of children receiving services or needing services in the community are needed to share their input!!
The 3rd Tuesday of Every Month- CFAC Meeting- The Smoky Mountain Center Northern Region’s Consumer and Family Advisory Committee will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Northern Region Smoky Mountain Center’s offices in Building 400 of Oak Summit Office Park, 895 State Farm Rd, Boone, North Carolina 28607. Open to the public!
