TO PLACE AN ORDER:

o        Select the item you would like to purchase.

o        Email me the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and wait for invoice.

o        I will email you within 24-hours of receiving your order request to confirm and provide invoice.

o        Once payment has been received and verified, the item(s) will shipped.

o        I will email you with shipping information as soon as the item has been shipped.

      **Orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted**

o        For custom pieces, email me for detail and availability.

 

 

PAYMENT
You may pay for this item using the following methods:

·         Order will ship when check has clear the bank, usually 5-7 business days.

o        Money Order/Cashier’s Check

 

 

SALES TAX 

o        Massachusetts Residence please add 5% sales tax on all orders.

o        This sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped to MA. 

 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: 

Domestic Shipping Cost (United States)

o        Jewelry - $3.00 ($0.00 for additional items)  

o        Crochet Accessories - $5.00

 

All orders are shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted) via First Class Mail with Insurance (on orders over $30) and Delivery Confirmation – delivery in 3-9 days.

 

To save you money, I combine shipping for all orders placed on the same day, shipped to the same address.

 

Priority Mail is available upon request for delivery in 2-3 days for an additional $2.00. Let me know prior to sending payment for an updated invoice.

International: Currently available to Canada  (Jewelry for $5 and Crochet Accessories $7.00). For Everywhere Else, email me for current rates.

 

***Gift Wrapping available for an addition cost of $1.00 and can be shipped directly to the recipient with a card.

 

 

COUPON/DISCOUNT:

Provide discount/coupon code. To redeem a coupon, email me prior to check-out with the applicable promotion code. I will send you a reviewed invoice, reflecting the discount.  If you check-out prior to receiving a revised invoice, email me with the coupon/discount and I will refund you the difference.

Coupon/Discount are good only on regular priced items (not applicable to CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS and shipping cost).


RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with any item purchased, item(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original sale condition for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Clearance items are not refundable. Clearance items can be exchanged for store credit only.
