There are two different slotcar scales raced at BMR . Both slotcar scales share a some common car classes. In both scales all the bodies are hard plastic either from slotcar manufacturers like Scalextric , Ninco , SCX , Fly , Slot it , NSR (1/32 scale) or body kits like AMT Revell , Monogram , Tamiya etc with the exception being the FJ FX Holdens which are vacuum formed plastic. These are all 1/24th or 1/25th scale bodies
1/25th & 1/24th Scale racing
1/25th scale is prefered over 1/24th as 1/25th body kits are generally easier to find and have more racing room on the track in its present layout. see car class build rules page for more details
