Beachside caravan park rules and regulations amended 2006

Site open: March 15th - October 31st Office hours: Mon-Sat 8-5 Sun 8-12

1) The site rent for 2006 is £1,100, with the first payment due by March, and the Second payment due June. All rents must be paid by these dates!
2) The site speed limit is 5 miles per hour this is walking pace.
3) The letting of caravans is forbidden. Owners and family only. All visitors must report to the office on arrival.
4) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. If tied to your caravan secure with maximum 6ft lead. If your dog fouls the site you must clean it up immediately.
5) No ball games or flying of kites between caravans, front field only.
6) No sheds, storage boxes, gas boxes, steps, or verandas may be brought onto the site without prior approval of the site manager. Storage boxes must be metal not plastic.
7) Owners are responsible for the immediate area surrounding and under their vans. Please keep it tidy. Do not leave bags outside your van. No outside work must be carried out without prior approval.
8) Only black bags to be put in the green bins. All large items must be taken home, or the local tip (Skegness).
9) Every caravan must have a current gas test certificate.
10) clothes lines must not be fastened to fences or trees, use clip on types or rotary lines which must be put away after use.
11) All caravans must be insured by their owners.
12) All transfers must be dealt with through the site manager, and permission must be obtained for a caravan to be sold to remain on the site. 15% commission will be deducted off sale price.
13) No parking on the grass at any time, unloading of cars at vans is allowed if the grass is dry. If you need help ask at the office. Anyone damaging the grass will be charged £50.00.
14) Every caravan should have a fire extinguisher. Open bar electric fires are not covered by insures and must not be used.
15) It is advisable to have a spare gas bottle incase you run out after office ours.

The site owners reserve the right to terminate any site on contravention of any of the site rules, but we hope that your stay with us will be long and happy.
