Widmer End game 10/4/05:
Rhys Ashall - Player out of Widmer game
* Players missing - Rhys Ashall will miss this Sundays crucial league game against Widmer End United after the player picked up a knock to his hip whilst on tour with his college football team in Spain. If all goes to plan the player should be fit for selection for Thursday night's home clash to Cookham Dean FC. Frank Blacher will also miss the Widmer game as the inform centre back is away on holiday. Frank is a vital player in the Dynamos squad and his prescence at the back will be sorely missed.
Players returning - Jonny lloyd returns to Sunday's squad as the player returns to England on Saturday the 9th from his two week trip in Naples, Italy.
Cookham Dean game 14/4/05:
* Players missing - Bedgrove goalscoring ace Marc Sunderland is out of Thursday's clash with Cookham Dean as the player will be on vacation for a week.
Player's returning - Joe Chapman is set to make his first appearence in a bedgrove shirt for the first time since January 16th 2005 if he steps out aginst Cookham next Thursday evening. Chapman is a class player on the pitch and his contribution could prove vital to the Dynamos. Joe is the sort of player who can produce something out of nothing, turning a negative result into a positive one against a tital chasing team!

South Bucks Youth League - Sunday 6th March 2005
Hervhines park, Amersham:
Relegation worries eased as Beale nets most important goal of his career to earn Dynamos a famous victory over high flying side Chesham Rangers! 6/3/05
FINAL SCORE:
Chesham Rangers 1 - 2 Bedgrove Dynamos
R.Ashall 31
Beale 82
Craig Beale secured Bedgrove's fourth win of the season with a late goal to give his side all three points in an extremly entertaining affair at Hervhines park, Amersham. Rhys Ashall opened the scoring for the Dynamos with an outstanding solo goal, beating two Chesham defenders on route to goal and capped it off with an acute finish from a tight angle. Chesham were the better side in the opening twenty minutes, but superb defending from Frank Blacher and Luke Goodin managed to keep the home side at bay. Injured Ian Chiarello came close for the Dynamos in the latter stage of the second half but his goal bound shot was well blocked on the line.
Bedgrove went in at the break one goal to the good, with the Chesham player's fuming in disperleaf that they were losing to a side that was fourteen points behind them in the league.
Bedgrove came out firing on all cylinders in the second half, realy starting to command the game, certifying a firm challenge to Rangers that they were not there to lie down and give Chesham the points. Bedgrove were playing well, there was a real sense of belief that they could win the game. Unfortunately fifty eight minutes in Dynamos keeper Rubani Street-Hamilton made an awful blunder in the box, miss handling the ball, gifting Chesham an extremely underserved goal. However Bedgrove did not do what they have done so many times this season, "think they've lost and let their heads drop." Instead Gary Harthill rallyied his troops and got them going again. With eighty three minutes on the clock and the game looking like it would end up a draw, Dynamo's skipper, Taran Ashall threaded a precise through ball to substitute striker, Craig Beale, who capatysled on a goalkeepeing error which would surley win the game for the Dynamos, slotting the ball into an empty net after a dertimned run gifted Beale this priceless opportunity. The Dynamos managed to hold on for the last seven minutes, with Rubani producing some great saves in the process, to ensure all three points for the club and more importantly winning their first league game since the 7th November 2004.

Fixtures Update: 14/2/05
This weeks home game against Widmer End United was cancelled due to a water logged pitch. The staff who operate the Bedgrove pitches deemed the surface unplayable, after a routine check this saturday afternoon. Unfortunately for the Dynamos next weeks away game to Hughenden Athletic has also been cancelled as they cannot field a team, this is mainly due to the fact that half of the Athletic side are away on holiday mainly because its half-term. We are currently waiting for the s.b.y.l league commitee to allocate us with a re-arranged fixture for the 20th of Feb, we are hoping they will re-arrange a previously canelled game from an earlier season referance. We will not know untill later this week whether or not we have a game this weekend, i recommend logging back onto this site around Friday afternoonish.
SO IT BEGINS - DYNAMOS SLIP INTO RELEGATION DOG-FIGHT!
The week in words: What they've got to say:
"NO WINS FROM SEVEN - TWO DRAWS, FIVE DEFEATS, JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!" (Steven Ashall)
"WE MUST GET BACK TO WINNING WAYS!" (Khalid Farah)
"WE ARE LETTING DOWN EVERYONE ASSCOSIATED WITH THE CLUB!" (Luke Goodin)
"WE HAVE TO REALISE WE'RE NOT THE BEST TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE AND IF WE'RE GOING TO STAY UP WE MUST START PULLING TOGETHER A.S.A.P AND PLAY AS A TEAM, COME ON BOYS YOU KNOW WE CAN DO IT!" (Taran Ashall)
"WE MUST WIN AT ALL COSTS!" (Gary Harthill)
"AS LONG AS YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOU'RE ALWAYS HAVE A CHANCE NO MATTER WHO YOR ARE!" (Taran Ashall)
" WE'VE GOT TO TAKE OUR CHANCES AND TIGHTEN UP AT THE BACK!" ( Ian Chiarello)
COME ON BEDGROVE, LETS RESTORE SOME SELF RESPECT, BDFC FOR LIFE!

S.B.Y.L Division Two - Sunday 23rd January 2005
Bedgrove park, Aylesbury:
A Game of two halfes! Second draw for manager Harthill.
Bedgrove battle back to earn priceless point! Finally ending a dismal run of four straight league defeats!
Bedgrove Dynamos 3 - 3 Risborough Rangers
Blacher 44, 13,19,28
Chapman 52,
Chiarello 64,
Bedgrove finally ended a run of four straight league defeats in a row after drawing with Risborough Rangers this Sunday afternoon. The Dynamos made a dreadful start to the game, going one nil down after just thirteen minutes. Rangers soon doubled their lead after poor defensive work on the left side handed the away side a gift of a goal. Nine minutes later the situation got even worse for the yellows as they found themselves three goals behind after a poor linesmaning decision allowed the Risborough striker time and space to finish from close range. With one minute left remaining in the first half Bedgrove got back into the game, much credit due to the Risborough keeper, if the truth be told. The player made a right mess of an extremly easy situation, fumbling the ball into his own net after saving comfortably from a Frank Blacher shot.
The half time whistle saw some very strong words exchanged between the new Bedgrove manager and his players. Harthill was not pleased to say the least; and had no choice but to make changes. He put Chapman into midfield and moved Frank Blacher to the back, he also replaced Khalid Farah for striker Marc Sunderland.
Bedgrove came out flying in the second half after a firm half time team talk seemed to have woken them up. The Dynamos were battling for every ball and on the most part winning them. The spirit was rising among the players and a real sense of believe was felt by all that they could get a result from the game. Moments into the second half Bedgrove soon began to take real control of the game, applying immense pressure on the Risborough goal. The Dynamos were soon provided with their just deserts as Joe Chapman climbed high from a Aran Harthill corner to head home his sixth goal of the season, powering the ball into the top the left corner of the goal. The score was soon level when striker Marc Sunderland was put through on goal by a Rubani goal kick. Marc's finish was not great as it was going to miss the target but luckily for the Dynamos Ian Chiarello was their to grab a crucial equaliser placing the ball into a empty net from nine yards out. When the ball hit the back of the net the players and the crowd went wild as Bedgrove had come back from a three nil deficit after initially looking like they were not going to take anyting from the game. Ian was booked in the process as the player took off his shirt when celebrating his goal. That was his second offense of the season (same reason) and if the player recieves another caution he will recieve a one match ban. With twenty minutes remaining Bedgrove pushed for a winner but unfortunately for them they just could't get that fourth goal. The Dynamos squanderred many late chances with the best of them falling to Aran Harthill and Rhys Ashall, but it was not to be for the yellows & blues as both players agonisingly missed the target.

S.B.Y.L League Cup; Round of sixteen - Sunday 16th January 2005
Bedgrove park, Aylesbury:
Great Start For The New Gather
Back on track! Dynamos hold biggest rivals to a draw to earn themselves cup replay!
Bedgrove Dynamos (D2) 1 - 1 Turnfurlong FC (D1) - score remained 1-1 after extra-time was played, silver goal rule applied)
Chiarello 26 Oxley 41 (pen)
Bedgrove finally stopped the rot this weekend with a superb draw against close rivals; Turnfurlong FC. After four consecutive defeats in row many people would have expected a comfortable victory for Turnfurlong, but with the introduction of new Bedgrove manager, Gary Harthill, their seemed to be a new belief throughout the entire Bedgrove side in the pre-match warm-up. This just wasn't a cup game; this ment a hell of a lot more than that, it was a derby, against our biggest rivals. Both sides new each other very well as some of the players play with each other on Wednesday nights for Haywood United youth team.
Bedgrove took the lead through inform striker, Ian Chiarello, who calmly slotted past Turnfurlong keeper Joe Moran after some extremly good work from his fellow strike partner, Toby Cresswell. To be fair Bedgrove probably looked the stronger of the two sides in the first half keeping their division one opponents goal less thanks to some great defending at the back by Joe Chapman. Bedgrove carried on their crusade for success, as they presurised their rivals goal immensly, but unfortunaely for the Dynamos much praise must be handed to the Turnfurlong keeper after pulling off some outstanding saves. However Bedgrove were soon punished as Turnfurlong's Joesph Oxley grabbed an equaliser from the spot just before half time, after an extremly controversial penalty decision was made, invloving Dynamos keeper Rubani Street-Hamilton.
The second half was much like the first but Turnfurlong had forced their way back into the game as they soon began to get the upper hand, creating relly good cahnces but luckily for Bedgrove they were poorly executed by the Turnfurlong strikers. The Dynamos rode their luck a bit, but to their credit created some half chances at the other end of the pitch, with best of them falling to Ian Chiarello, as the player used his head in an circumstance were he could have taken a touch or even caught it on the half volley after being put through superbly by man of the match, Joe Chapman. The game carried on in the same fashion throughout as both sides just couldn't find that illusive winner. Bedgrove's captain Taran Ashall came close at the death but just couldn't direct his header as it missed the target by inches after Aran Hathill's perfectly flighted corner kick. However Turnfurlong were unlucky not to get the win after striker Chet Phillips was denied twice by Bedgrove's Luke Goodin, who saved the day on two occasions with last ditch challenges. The game finished up at one a piece and to be quite honest it was an extremely fair result, this therfore meaning the game will now be replayed on February 6th 2005 (Kick-off - n/a at present time).

A Bridge Too Far! The End of a legendary man!
Steven Ashall resigns as Bedgrove Manager
Manager Ashall with girlfriend on xmas day 2004
Bedgrove manager Steven Ashall has today announced that he will be stepping down from his post, as he feels he has taken the team the furthest it can go under his management! Ashall has been the soul manager of the Dynamos for the last three years, with no help obtained from any other parents on the way. He has been a great servant to the club and he will be sorely missed; but as they say nothing ever lasts forever. He has given up a considerable amount of time over the duration of his career with us, and has always given one hundred percent effort in assuring the best for his players. Steven Ashall has had a memorable time at the Dynamos and he shall never be forgotton as he has done a fantastic job! Mr.Ashall's decision to resign came after his side lost their fourth consecutive game of the season today to struggling side, Wingarve United. He believes the side needs a new manager with fresh ideas as something needs to be done fast to avoid serious dissapointment regarding their league campaign. Its always sad to say goodbye to a manager, but on this occasion its a thousand times worse as Steve has done a more than satisfactory job with the side. Ashall was extremely popular with his players and adored by the fans and his departure will ring out syes of sadness across the U.K, as January the 9th 2005 saw the end of a great man at a great club!
"Fair well Mr.Ashall, thank you for everything you have done for this club, you are a true hero as you've kept this team together through thick and thin, you will never be forgot!"

South Bucks Youth League Division 2 - Sunday 9th January 2005
The Lane, Wingrave:
Dismal Derby Day Performance!
Fourth straight defeat in a row sends manager Ashall packing!
Wingrave United 3 - 2 Bedgrove Dynamos
39,72,77 Moore 22,
Manning 31
Bedgrove lost for the fourth straight game in a row after producing a dreadful second half performance that saw them gift rock bottom side Wingrave two easy goals! The Dynamos started the game brightly, passing the ball well and creating many good chances in front of goal; but as usual were not converted. However Bedgrove took the lead in the twenty second minute as stand in strker, Steve Moore, slotted home a great goal from a tight angle. The Dynamos soon stretched their lead as right back, Adam Manning smashed home from five yards out, resulting from Taran Ashall's corner kick that was helped on in the process by Khalid Farah's head. Bedgrove took the foot off the gas and sat back which gave Wingrave the chance to pressurise the back four. Just before halftime Bedgrove gifted United a goal as Frank Blacher did not clear his lines quick enough and was therfore caught out on the back foot leaving the Wingrave striker to place the ball into an empty net. For the first thirty minutes Bedgrove looked a strong outfit but maybe through sheer arrogance or lack of fitness the Dynamos allowed the opposition back into the game.
The second half started more or less like the first for the Dynamos, as they constantly seiged the Wingrave box, but once again Bedgrove failed to take their chances as Khalid Farah & Matthew Hill should have scored to seal the vicory but unfortunatley for us they didin't! These misses proved costly as once again the defensive line faulted as unforced errors cost Bedgrove two stupid goals that gave Wingrave an undeserved lead! Bedgrove pushed on for an illusive equaliser but late chances were squandered as United rode their luck. Bedgrove crashed out to their fourth consecutive defeat of the season losing to an extremely poor side. The result left many player's frustrated, no more than team captain Taran Ashall who put his heart and soul into todays game. The player had this to say: " We always start the game well but always seem to fade out in the second half. We always think we've got the game won. WE'RE ARROGANT *****!!! We need to pull our finger out and believe we can win again, we have a good enough squad to compete in this division but unless everyone attends training we aint going to get anywhere. We're too unfit and we need to improve. Our title challenge is over, we're playing for pride, we need to start playing like we did at the start of the season, with a bit of passion and believe. We must start playing like a team again, insted of individuals, we have the potential to go far in this league but if we carry on like this we're finish bottom. Its sad to say but I'm being realistic! We need to get better fast; before its too late!!!"

Stand up and be counted for - Make or break time for the Dynamos!5.1.01
Bedgrove players have been warned by their own manager that Sundays derby day clash with Wingrave United is make or break time regarding their league season. Manager Ashall has hit out at his player's telling them that it's time for them to stand up and be counted. Steven Ashall spoke to the website yesterday and said;" We may have started the season extrememly brightly and looked like a good outfit but over the last month we have slowly faded away from our true potential. We have a good, strong, solid squad at the club which i belief can go along away as long as each individual gives it their all when playing on the pitch and in training. At this present we have slipped dramaticly down the league table, but i see this Sundays game as an extremely vital one for the club as a win could set our season back on track! Some player's, who's name i will not mention, aren't pulling their weight at the current time. I've had a private talk with these players and they have assured me their game will improve or eneviteblily they will have to be dropped from the squad as there is no room for mistake now as we must win every game to stay with championship pack!"

Bedgrove star goes under the Knife - 16.12.04
Bedgrove's most influenicial player; Rhys Ashall will be going in for his operation today (16.12.04) at the Princes Risborough private hospital. He will be having a small lump removed that is situated above the knee cap on his right leg. Rhys will not be put to sleep as the operation is not that serious, but the palyer will recieve general anesthetic to numb the surrounding area of the knee so Rhys can't feel the pain when the procedure begins. The operation is not expected to take a lot of time as its very straight forward, remove the lumb and stitch up the cut. This operation on the player's knee will most undoubtedly mean that the young superstar will be sidelined for a considerable number of weeks. He will anitially be given crutches to help him walk while his wounds recover, but if all goes well Rhys could be back on his feet by early January and hopefully pass fit for that viatl league cup game against local rivals Turnfurlong FC.
Everyone associated with Bedgrove Dynamos Football Club, from the board of directors to the players on the pitch, would like to wish Rhys Ashall a speedy and most importantly a safe recovery.
GOOD LUCK MATE! YOU'RE PRESENCE ON THE PITCH WILL BE SORELY MISSED!

Losing Faith - Griffin Quits The Dynamos!!!
Mark Griffin's moderatly short career as a yellow and blue ended last night (22.11.04) after a long discussion at a private meeting with team manager; Steven Ashall. Griffin told Steve he had lost his interest in football and was fed up with the overall attitude within the Bedgrove team! Mark explained his reasons on his suprising but sudden departure as the player believes their is no team spirit within the Bedgorve squad and on his own part unhappy with his own personal performances due to the fact that he hasn't played in enough games this season, therefore not really getting his touch right and fitness up to scratch. So insted of trying to battle his way back into the team and sort out the apparent problem Griffin has decided to take the easy option out, deciding to cut his career short and hang up his boots, therefore terminating his current contract with the Dynamos. Griffin expressed strongly his dissapointment after being substituted in Sundays 4-1 defeat to Chesham Rangers as he saw others on the pitch that were playing worse than himself and didnt understand why they wern't replaced instead. Manager Ashall explained clearly to Griffin why he was substituted, as it was mainly based on the grounds of the players negative attitude, lack of fitness and on the most part his technicale ability. Undoubtedly Mark Griffin's departure from the club has come as a shock to many and without doubt he will be sorely missed on and off the pitch as the player showed great determination and grit when playing for the Dynamos. Mark has had a short but sweet career with the Dynamos and on the most part been on the winning team and shared with many others extremely happy days. Griffin the Champion of 2003's christmas bowling tournament is a ledgend in his own right and everyone associated with the club wishes him the best. He will be sorely missed and will also be thought of in high regard, but as they say life goes on and so does Bedgrove so insted of reflecting in the past the club must move on. Mark Griffin has served Bedgrove well and brought honour to the shirt. We thank you for your efforts Mark. Thank you and goodluck our friend.

Chesham Rangers Match Report - Taken from the Bucks free press newspaper
In Division Two, Bedgrove Dynamos lost their unbeaten record when they went down 4-1 to Chesham Rangers. Alex Raher pushed a through ball for Graham Moore who outran Bedgrove's right sided defenders; Matthew Hill and Steven Moore to accuratley lob the advancing keeper, who was standing in for first choice goalkeeper Rubani Street-Hamilton. Joe Chapman came close for the Dynamos with a wild effort that almost leveled the scoring but to Bedgrove's disaray it hit the bar. Five minutes later, Chesham's Matt Silley crossed the ball into the centre and Moore chested the ball into the net beyond the keeper. Chesham's third goal came when Silley's corner was flicked on by the head of Steve Cronin and headed into the Bedgrove net by a delighted Tom Kelly.
Half time score: BDFC 0 - 3 CRFC
Immediately after the break, Matt Underwood came down the right, slipped past two of the Bedgrove defensive players and crossed back to the six-yard area where unmarked Liam Wheeler volleyed into the top right corner of the net. Bedgrove should of scored when captain Taran ashall missed terribley with a one on one after being put through by brother Rhys Ashall. Dynamos left winger Frank Blacher also should have put the ball in the back of the net after missing a gapping chance as he smashed the ball straight at the keeper from five yards out . Bedgrove soon ceased control of the game and applied heavy pressure on the Chesham defence missing some great opportunities in the process, with the pick of the bunch falling to top goalscorer Rhys Ashall. After the player followed up another well struck shot from Joe Chapman which once again to the player's horror cracked against the frame of the cross-bar, but unfortuneatly for Bedgrove Rhys Ashall failed to capatalyse and missed a begging opportunity as he couldnt direct a free header from no more than ten yards out passed a well stretched Chesham keeper. However late on Bedgrove did grab a consolation goal when Aran Harthill's corner fell kindly on the edge of he box to central midfielder Joesph Chapman, who delived an outstanding chipped cross that fell perfectly for Frank Blacher to score a cheeky back heel passed the advancing defender.

Division two leaders Bedgrove Dynamos got the better of Naphill Boys in a thirteen goal thriller. Despite going down to an early goal, Dynamos stormed back to win 7-6. Naphill went ahead in the third minute of play when Ross Collard played in Jonny Piercey, who released Jason Henderson to run to the bye-line and pull a hard and low cross for Josh Loy to bundle the ball home. But from then on in Bedgrove ceased control of the game, totally outplaying their opponents and dominating the play. Luckily for Bedgrove all three of their strikers were on form as Ian chiarello, Rhys Ashall & Marc sunderland converted spectacular goals before the halftime interval. Bedgrove's right winger, Aran Harthill also got involved in the first half goal fest as the player hit two first half scorchers, one coming from the corner spot. However Naphill found time to reply as Jonathan Piercey grabbed his second of the game with a wonder strike in first half stoppage time.
Half Time score: BDFC 5 - 2 NBFC
In the second half Naphill came out with all guns blazing, as they passed the ball round well and they were soon rewarded with a goal from Jason Henderson, who was put through by fellow team mate Oliver Wooding. Once again though Bedgrove went straight back up the other end of the field and struck back with an absolute peach from this seasons top scorer Rhys Ashall, who managed to score past the onward keeper from a once thought of impossible angle. Once Bedgrove hit their sixth to make the overall score 6-3 they sat back on the lead and looked as if they had already won the game. The Dynamos arragance was soon punished as Naphill scored two in quick concession, with both goals coming from Jason Henderson which ment the player had completed his hatrick. This therefore made the score 6-5 and Bedgrove seemed as if they were panicin. Naphill were applying heavy pressure on the home side, bombarding the Bedgrove back four with ball after ball, but the home side rode their luck only just managing to clear the ball with last ditch tackles. Bedgrove's manager, Steven Ashall and many spectators watched nervously as the minutes ticked bye. However late on Bedgrove broke down the field with an extremely lucky counter attack as great interlock play between Rhys Ashall and Toby Cresswell presented Marc Sunderland with the opportunity to seal the victory and certify all three points for the home side; Marc took the chance beautifully, placing it calmly and cooley passed the stretched Naphill goalkeeper. However Naphill once again hit back with an outstanding strike deep into second half stoppage time, but unfortunately for the travellers it was too little to late as the home side stole the win, even after a dreadful second half display.
This weeks match report was not written by a BDFC website host, it was taken from the "bucks free press" news paper:

Bedgrove Crush Lethargic Opponents
Sunday 17th October 2004 - Bedgrove Dynamos 11 vs. 0 Wingrave Utd
Bedgrove stormed to an eleven nil victory this weekend, over close rivals Wingrave. The goal glut began with a wonder strike from Bedgrove's Joe Chapman, up to this point the 9 men of Wingrave had given a good account of themselves, and the Bedgrove Galacticos where becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of creativity coming from themselves. However the sweetly struck volley settled the nerves of the entire team and the creativity began. Bedgrove were in a real shooting mood on the day, confirmed by the following several goals, another fine curling effort from Champman, followed by a sweet chip from Blacher. The first half ended at 5-0 with another fine finish from Blacher and a birthday penalty conversion from Taran Ashall. Adam Manning, bedgroves make shift goal keeper had very little to do throughout the entire period nor throughout the second half.
The half time whistle also signified a variety of changes for bedgrove, Goodin and Griffin being replaced with Steve Moore and Kilo. Chapman took a striker position while Blacher dropped back to play central defense.
The second half was much similar to the first, with Bedgrove domination the significant factor, Wingrave legs began to tire and 6 more goals where converted, the picks of the bunch being a goal which many have likened to Maradona’s against England in the 86 world cup, from Jonny Lloyd, and a thunderous effort from Kilo. The other goals came from the, at times frustrating Sunderland, Steve Moore and Matt Hill from identical corners, and a tap in for Chiarello.
The victory, although convincing, was hollow due to the fact that Wingrave where unable to field a full side. However with 3 points in the bag and a +11 goal difference the Bedgrove outfit after week one are top of the table and in a confident mood, fewer more than Frank Blacher who won this weeks man of the match award and showed a convincing display at the back.
An interview with Jonny Lloyd confirmed that, "Yes we would have preferred to play a full side but you cant complain with 3 points and 11 goals," and about his own goal, "it’s the best goal I’ve scored since my horrific injury, albeit only the third."

Its a Funny old game! Early exit for courageous heroes! 10.10.04
Behind the scenes: The Story so far:
Many people would say that this weekends game against Haywood United football club was the most controversial game ever played. This being that at the start of the game Haywood United FC told Bedgrove that they were taking three of their players as they were also signed on for them. And as Haywood were the bigger club there was nothing Bedgrove could do as United had soul prioty on player selection. Haywood also didnt allow Bedgrove's team captain Taran Ashall to play as they believed the players involvment would course further complications further along the line as the player is currently Haywoods captain at present. After long discussions both managers came to a mutual agreement and decided the best alternative was to not allow Taran Ashall to play, this therefore ment both sides would be missing their team captain. For the record Bedgrove Dynamos and Haywood United are some what linked to together as Steven Ashall who is currently full manager of Bedgrove also takes the role of assistant coach at Haywood, dealing with the financial side of the game for them. At the start of this season Mr.Ashall signed seven of the current Bedgrove squad for the Haywood youth side, as the club played in an entirely different league constituation with the match day fixtures being played on Wednesday nights. Ashall did this so the players involvement with Hayood wouldn't effect their original roles with Bedgrove Dynamos. However on September the 10th 2004 Steven Ashall stepped down as Haywood United manager as Mick Martin and Gary Harthill expressed a strong interest in the manageriel job within the club. Steven Ashall was more than happy to hand the reigns over to Mick and Gary as he wanted to consentrate souly on Bedgrove Dynamos. Mr Ashall also believes that Mick & Gary are top managers and are far more expierenced them himself. Steve didn't however quit Haywood altogether as he took up the role of financial manager. Mr.Ashall may have taken a step back but he believes his resignation was a good move for himself and Haywood as they've gained two top quality managers who can maintain a solid youth squad for many seasons to come hopefully supplying the first team squad with young fresh talent that can help the club in its immediate future.

Fighting For Fitness! Cresswell & Blacher battle back! 2.10.04
Bedgroves left and right wingers; Frank Blacher & Toby Cresswell, have both passed late fitness tests to ensure that they will be included in this Sundays divisional qualification group B league game against Wingrave FC. Both players missed last Sunday's clash with Hithercroft FC and their undoubted prescense and skill was sorely missed as we looked bare in the centre of the park, especially in the second half when fatigue began to set in. Frank missed the game due to a swollen foot whilst Toby injured his knee after colliding with opposition in a league game for Haywood United youth team. At the start of the week both individuals looked as if they would miss this weeks forth coming fixture but both have rested; and were told by the club physio to do as little as possible so their bodies could get the sufficient amount of time required to heal their negligible injuries. Frank and Toby however were asked to take part in a short fitness test on Friday lunchtime to see if the players had a acceptable fitnes level to compete for atleast forty five minutes in Sunday's game. Cresswell & Blacher were both passed fit; but the physio did express some worries over Toby's injury as the player was not totally convinced his knee had fully healed. However Cresswell will be involved against Wingrave as Steven Ashall rates the player highley and believes Cresswells strength and pace benefits the team hugely. However there will be no reason to fear for Frank as the ledgendary Bedgrove player seems to have completely recovered and now looks certain to start the match and once again unleash his undisputed talent on the Wingrave boys!.

Captain Ashall out of Sundays Game!!! 2.9.04 |
Team captain Taran Ashall, or as many of us know him Taz, will miss Sunday's friendly game against Elmhurst FC due to fact that he damaged his lower back in last nights allied county youth league game ( 1.9.04) for Haywood United FC. Taran has also been sidelined because Dynamos manager, Steven Ashall, believes the spanish centre midfielder is exhausted mainly because of the amount of games the young player has been involved in within the last seven days. If Taran Ashall did play in Sundays friendly game he would have played an astonishing four games in the space of seven days. Steven Ashall knows the ability Taran posses therefore he believes without the involvement of his captain other players can be given the chance to prove their worth to him and the club. When Taran found out he was not playing he was undoubtedly dissappointed as he enjoys playing for Bedgrove more than anything in the world and always wants to be part of the scene. However in defence of the player he was extremely gracious in his own personal defeat as he understood fully why he has been sidelined by his manager. Without doubt Taran Ashall is one of the best players Bedgrove has to offer ands his presence in the centre of the park will be sorely missed, but the board and the manager are still confident that the rest of the boys can get a positive result without their captain alongside them!

Ashall completes his third summer signing - 30.8.04 |
Bedgrove manager; Steven Ashall has once again strengthened this years squad as he signed the former Waddesdon & Bedgrove Dynamo ( year below) right winger Aran Harthill. Aran decided to sign for the club after agreeing terms with Mr.Ashall at a private meeting held at Haywood United FC. Aran made his debut for the club in Mondays friendly game against Samba FC at Bedgrove park. Aran started the game on the right wing and played moderately well as he proved his ability in the set play department. However Aran has only just turn't sixteen and although he is clearly talented he may struggle at this level as he will be pratically playing against players two years older than himself. Aran is a very confident individual and he believes that the age gap will not phase him as he has played alongside and against quality players throughout his career.
It will undoubtedly be difficult for Aran to claim a starting place for the Dynamos as he lines up aginst stiff competition on the right side as he will be competing against the expierenced and highly rated right winger, Toby Cresswell. Cresswell or as many no him "Christchurch" has played as an all out winger throughout his career and is without doubt an extremely good player who shows superb strength, agility and speed. Cresswell has told the website he does not fear a challenge as he believes the signing of Aran Harthill will only make him a better player as he will be more determined to play well so he will remain in the starting eleven.
Aran however believes he can break into the starting eleven if he is given a sufficient amount of time from the manager to prove his worth. We wish Toby and Aran all the best as they battle it out for that vital starting line-up position on the right side.
A man of confidence
Toby Cresswell (a.k.a Christchurch) doesn't fear new signing Aran Harthill

Goodins on a role! 23.8.04 |
Luke Goodin - August's player of the month
Central defender Luke Goodin has been awarded player of the month for August, as his performances for Haywood United Youth and especially the Bedgrove five a side team have been more than exquisit. Luke was man of the match in Sundays five a side game, where he managed a goal to his name which was more than critical as it helped the Dynamos narrowly beat ACM 4-3.

"I will stay & fight for my place - I do not fear a Challenge!" |
Khalid Farah has today vowed to fight for his place at the club, which he has been part of since the ripe old age of eight, as he believes the signing of Aydin Dinc will make the competion for places in the middle of the park even more fierce than it was last season. Khalid will not go down without a fight, as the "tank" will do his best to stake a claim to win a starting place in the team. Farah has the up most respect for his fellow team mates but said he looks forward to the battle, and it can only be a good thing for the side as their is now no room for complacence. Khalid knows there will only be two positions avialble in the centre of the park, resulting from the formation Steven Ashall plays ( 4-4-2). But the legendary heavyweight is ready to battle it out with Taran Ashall, Aydin Dinc, Toby Cresswell & Tom Wooton for those vital two positions in the starting line-up. Manager Ashall believes Kilo is a strong enough character to deal with the pressure and has no doubt that the "King" will be playing alongside one of the other four come the start of the season!

Living up to the expectation!!! Chiarello silences the critics: 12.8.04 |
Ian Chiarello has so far made a bright start to his Bedgrove career scoring ten goals in five appearences for the five a side team. Chiarello has undoubtedly shown the world of football the sheer talent he posseses and has made it clear he is enjoyng his time at present with the Dynamos. However many did fear Ian would not match up to the supposed hype that surrounded him, but to be fair to the player he has silenced the critics and has impressed hugely. Not only just for the five a side team has the Italian striker performed but he has proved he can play the eleven a side game just as well, as he impressed for Haywood United FC in their first pre-season friendly, last Thursday night. Ian himself believes he is more than capable of scoring thirty goals plus this season and looks forward to linking up with new strike partner; Marc Sunderland in the forthcoming season.
Team manager Steven Ashall believes his squad of fifteen are ready to shock the SBYL league this season as he now believes his team can uphold a realistic bid in bringing home silverwear for the first time in the club's history in the under eighteen age group. Ashall has always dream't of winning a major trophy but in his last two seasons incharge he has only managed midtable finishes. Althougth this time round Mr.Ashall senses a change within the squad as he sees the 2004/05 season being a year to relish for the Dynamos. Steven now considers Bedgrove to be a real force, as the team have been playing together now for the last two years and he says the team spirit withinside the camp is exhilarating. Along with the signatures of Rubani Street-Hamilton & Ian Chiarello Bedgrove's bid in championship glory looks stronger than ever as both summer signings proved their worth as the players impressed at the highest level, both having good games for Steven Ashall's over team; Haywood United FC, on Monday nights pre-season friendly game at Haywood's way.

D-Day for Aydin |
After a series of allegations speculation has arisen around the club, that hopeful third summer signing Aydin dinc, will no longer be pursuing an interest in signing for the Dynamos. The subject has arisen due to the fact that the Turkish born superstar has been endlessly linked with a summer move to the club but after months of negoitating and undoubtless efforts nothing certain has really unfolded from the talks. Aydin hasn't signed a deal with Bedgrove even though he said he was definitely joining back in June. Aydin will however have to make his mind up soon whether or not he is signing for the Dynamos as the transfer deadline, ajerned by S.B.Y.L league committee, will set in on the 28th August 2004. Aydin consequentley didn't attend last Monday's training session so to be totally honest the situation seems up in the clouds at present. In defence of Dinc he did tell team captain, Taran Ashall that he wasn't there due to the fact that he didn't have any football boots, but did say he would definitley be at this weeks session. Only time can tell what will result from the current situation but if aydin doesn't attend this weeks session the future looks bleak for players immediate future at the club |
|
Ru's a yellow & blue!!! The "B.F.G's" signs for Bedgrove. 26.7.04 |
Steven Ashall has finally signed the Buckinghamshire county goalkeeper, Rubani Street-Hamilton. After nearly a month of countless efforts, Steven Ashall has finally captured his prize possession, as he signed the highly rated goalkeeper on Sunday the 25th of July 2004. Rubani has always been a target for the manager as he was nearly signed at the beginning of last season. Mr.Ashall rates "RU" extremely well and believes his signature could go along way in cementing a realistic bid for the team to win silverwhere in the forthcoming season! Rubani will also be playing for Ashall's Haywood United youth team on a Wednesday night alongside his new role with the Dynamos. Rubani has made it more than clear he is happy with his decision to join Bedgrove and can't wait for the season to kick-off. Ashall has signed Rubani due to the fact that current goalkeeper; Steven Moore, is in doubt over his future as he has mentioned to players and manageriel staff that he may be quiting the team as he does not enjoy playing football anymore. Steve Moore's future at the club is in serious doubt at the moment, but manager, Steven Ashall wants him to stay and hopes the legendary goalkeeper will change his mind as he has been with the club since the early age of eight. If Steve does decide to quit he will be sorely missed as he is a well respected memeber of the squad and without doubt a quality footballer and an extremely good goalkeeper. With one quality goalkeeper possible on his way out of the club another comes in. Is the 2004/05 season the year of Rubani. Will the "B.F.G" book a place in Bedgrove history? Who knows. Only time will tell. Good luck RU we wish you well!!!!!

Steve Ashall ( Left of the picture) looks like his heading for manageriel glory |
|
|
| Steve and Doug ,Aylesbury,May 2004 | Bedgrove Dynamos manager, Steven Ashall has signed a deal with semi-professional side; Haywood United FC. The current Dynamo boss was approached by Haywood's chairman, Dani Martone about two weeks ago, Dani had heard of Mr.Ashall's moderate success with Bedgrove and as their youth squad were currently manageless Mr.Ashall was invited to attend an interview with the United club board members and directors. Steven Ashall was offered the job last Thursday as Haywood's board agreed, after weeks of interviewing, that Steven Ashall was the right man for the job. Although Steve is now the official youth team manager for Haywood, there is no concern for worry as he does not intend to quit as Bedgrove manager. He has however persuaded the former Haywood United reserve team manager, Kevin Davis, to take up the reigns alongside him at Bedgrove, in a deal that will see the two off them share a 50/50 partnership agreement as managers of Bedgrove Dynamos. Steven Ashall has already signed nine of the current fifteen members of the Bedgrove squad, as he plans to build a solid backbone throughout his United squad, as he embarks on his crusade for succes with his new found adventure; Haywood United. ( All players are still legible to play for Bedgrove as they are signed on in a different league constituation).
The following Bedgrove players will be playing their football with Haywood United FC for the 2004/05 season alongside their current roles with Bedgrove Dynamos:

His on his way!!! Kevin Davis confirms his a Dynamo!!! - 20.7.04 |
New joint-manager Kevin Davis has made it clear he will be definitely joining the management team at Bedgrove for the forthcoming season as he confirmed a deal with the current "full" manager, Steven Ashall last night (19.7.04). The deal was mainly based on how the duties would be spilt between the two. They discussed how the situation would work, planning the right methods that would benefit the team sufficientley. The plan for action is as follows:
* Steven Ashall will be dealing with the paper work and the finanicial side of the game. He will also be dealing with the transfers of players to and from the club.
* Kevin will be picking the team for all the competitive games.
Kevin will be attending this Monday's first pre-season training session so he can meet the players and view their footballing ability, he will alslo be discussing his own personal plans on the forthcoming season and what he expects from the players involved!

Chiarello Transfer Hangs in the Balance! - 9.5.04 |
The transfer of star striker Ian Chiarello to Bedgrove Dynamos currently hangs in the balance as his move to the club has currently been put on hold as the striker has expressed an interest of joining big guns; Aylesbury United. Three weeks ago Chiarello told fellow Bedgrove team mates that he was definitely joining the club in the summer, but after talks with Aylesbury players, it seems as if Ian's decision may now have been twisted, as he mentioned to best friend Aydin Dinc that he wasn't entirely sure of signing for the Dynamos. Ian made his one & only appearence for Bedgrove way back in April, but still managed to score as he was brought on in the second half, scoring within the first two minutes of play. At this time Ian seemed as if he was enjoying the atmosphere at the club and the well earn't attention his was recieving from the players and the manageriel staff. As all were extremely impressed with his performance. Ian looked set to sign for the Dynamos just under a week ago but something has changed the player's mind and has now sparked an upraw between the two Aylesbury clubs in a race to sign the talented young striker. Ian now needs to make a decision by July on were he wants to play his football next season. Ian knows he is more than welcome to join our club, its just down to him. Steven Ashall however will not give up on the Italian striker as he believes the signing of Chiarello could be extremely influencial in maintaining a realistic bid of winning the league title.

D-day for the Beale - 9.5.04 |
After months of speculation corncerning the future of Craig Beale it now seems that the player will be staying at the club atleast for another season. Craig made his decision at about 3.15pm this afternoon as he held talks with team coach & captain Taran Ashall. Craig admitted to Taz that he has missed not bein part of the team and would like another opportunity to win back his place at the club. Craig hasn't made an appearence for the Dynamos for nearly six months only making eleven appearences last season. However Craig has decided he now doesn't want to leave the club and will sign a new 1 year deal in July as he was immediately offered a contract by manager Steven ashall when he heard about the news that Beale wanted to return to the club! Craig was happy enough with Ashall's offer and will now sign his new contract in July. Beale will now play in the Bucks CC 6 a side tournament on July the 10th as a Bedgrove player again.
Welcome back Craig, Welcome back

Talks under way with the "Dinc" - 9.6.04 |
For the past month Aydin Dinc has been linked with a summer move to the club as he has been approached on several occasions by club players and staff asking him to sign for the Dynamos. Aydin is one of two players manager Steven Ashall wants to bring in this summer as he believes the signings of Aydin Dinc & Ian Chiarello would undoubtedly strengthen the squad, therefore providing a realistic chance of winning the league championship next season. Aydin has admitted to club captain; Taran Ashall, that he does want to join the club and is willing to hold talks with the manager. Dinc however said this to Taran way back in the middle of May and as you know we are currently in June so the situation has progressed since then. Aydin has now talked with club manager Steven Ashall and is happy with the role that Ashall wants him to play in the team. Dinc has made it clear to the public that he wants to sign for the club and he is happy with the terms and conitions of his one year contract that he is set to sign as soon as the registraion forms come through ( middle of July). Steven Ashall has confessed he is overjoyed with the signing of Aydin as he knows his signature could prove vital in his bid to win the title. Aydin will meet up with the rest of the squad in July to start pre-season training.

Chapman; " I want to join!" Dynamos look set to land A.U.F.C superstar! |
Joe Chapman has finally broken the silence between himself and the public eye about suspicious rumours that have linked the current Aylesbury United FC defender with a summer move to local rivals Bedgrove Dynamos. Joe has expressed a slightly strong interest in joining Bedgrove this summer as sources surrounding his future at Aylesbury United look bleak as Mick Martins team (BDFC Und 16's) will be joining United next season, consequentley therefore meaning competition for places in the Wednesday team, that play in the "Allied Counties Youth League" will be even fiercer than ever. Joe will want to play first team football next season and as a Dynamo player he can achieve this goal. Chapman has already made two appearences for the club and impressed in both games. The signing of this friendly giant would benefit the team hugely as his presence in defence would undoubtedly terrify the oppostions strike force even before his had time to get his hands on them first. Chapman your more than welcome to join!

"The Return Of The King" - 18.5.04 |
For the last few days rumours have been circulating around the club that the King is returning home. Former player, Lewis King, has been linked with a move back to our club as rumour has it he has now left Samba FC. Lewis played for the Dynamos from the ripe old age of seven. He finished his career with the club when they folded in 2002. He then moved to Thame Boys with best friend Tom Mckee, as the old Bedgrove team folded, therefore leaving the squad members to go their separate ways. He stayed at Thame for only one season as he was offered the opportunity to join Samba FC. As Lewis had more friends at Samba and knew their manager very well, Dave Richards, he decided to join. However Lewis has now completed his first season with the club but speculation has arisen about his future as it is beleved he is not happy playing his football at the club anymore. If Lewis doesn't decide to sign for Samba next season, Bedgrove is an obvious replacement for the highly regarded rigth back as he did spend eigth years previously at the club. The signing of King is not guarenteed but hopes were raised when he told close friends, Taran Ashall and Khalid Farah that he wants to play for us again. As it stands the signing of Lewis King is on a knive edge as he hasn't come to a conclusion whether he wants to carry on playing football or just hang up his boots and quit. Lewis told Taran & Khalid that he needs to think about what he wants to do but he did say if he does carry on playing it would be more than likely that people will see him wearing yellow & blue instead of orange & black every Sunday morning, for the forth coming season.

July 24th 2004 - Pre-season Training begins
Ian Chiarello has expressed a very strong interest in joining the club as he played in the 3-2 defeat against Chesham two weeks ago managing to score with his first touch and he attended training on saturday and he made it clear to team captain Taran Ashall that he wants to sign for us next season as he has enjoyed his short spell with us so far and wants to play full time next season. Ian would be a great signing for the club, as he is a very talented footballer, he can finish very well and works extremely hard on the pitch. Ian is a determined young player and the signing of him would undoubterbly strengthen the squad as a whole. He is also an obvious replacement for former striker Stuart Creaser, as Ian is a natural forward and I believe he would relish the opportunity to play upfront for our team as he has a lot of talent and he could score a lot of goals if he decides to join. If all goes well Ian should put pen to paper by late June as that is when the 2004/05 registrations forms are issued by the league.
Stuart Creaser secures Top goal scorer award.
Stuart Creaser has confirmed that his name will be on the the top goal scorer trophy at this years presentation evening. Stuart has scored 25 goals this season from a possible 24 games and finishes the season ahead of team mate Marc Sunderland by 6 goals. After this years final game of the season against Chesham Stuart knew he had clinched Sunderlands crown, who himself bagged 25 goals last season, as Marc Sunderland needed to score 7 goals against the Rangers, but to the joy of Stuart he failed this task. Creaser will be awarded his trophy on the 29th May 2004.
