1) The purpose of the BC Swap Net is to provide a forum for the buying, selling or trading of amateur radio equipment on a non-commercial basis. Transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

2) The accuracy of the For Sale item description is the responsibility of the seller.

3) Listings may be made on-air, by phone - or preferably by e-mail - by any licensed radio amateur operator. Listings are retained and read on-air for 4 weeks then deleted for 4 weeks - after which they may be re-listed.

4) Estate listings from British Columbia only will be retained for as long as required by an executor. Other estate sales will be posted for 4 weeks only.

5) Please limit your listing to a maximum of 10 items (except estate sales)
