TOURNAMENTS
Tourneys are served either by eleni or helena sp or spyrosm

Monday through Saturday at 21:00 CET / 15:00 E-US / Noon W-US
12-Boards Pairs Tourneys for Members Only

Sunday at 21:15 CET / 15:15 E-US / 12:15 W-US
12-Boards MP Pairs Open Tourneys for Members and Friends

Daily at 10:00 CET / 4:00 E-US / 1:00 W-US
Individual 8-boards Tourneys for Members Only

♦ TOURNAMENTS RULES ♦
1. FAIR PLAY & POLITENESS are IMPERATIVE
2. Announce system and carding at the beginning of each round
3. Self alert all conventions, even the simple and usual ones
4. Psychic bids at any seat are not acceptable
In case any of the above is not followed, TDs adjust the score to average- for the pair in fault
5. Undos in obvious cases are allowed only during bidding, but not during the play,
so please type carefully.
6. Tourneys are unclocked, unless otherwise stated in "description"
But the faster we play, the less waiting time for all of us.
♦Time set per board is 7 minutes
7. In case of a crash, TDs wait 2 minutes for you to return and then replace you
If you return after a sub has replaced you, only your partner can kindly request the newcomer
to give you back your seat and in case of a positive answer, to warn the TDs.
If there is a general BBO connection failure and problem TDs add time for all
8. Kibitzers are either excluded or allowed silent, but Fair Play is up to all of us!
9. Tourney Chat is open (as usually TDs are also playing)
but please try to avoid un-necessary messages that might disturb the rest of the players.
TDs then will have to close down the tourney chat.
10. If in case of "force majeur" you have to go, please warn the TD.
Leaving without notice brings permanent banning from all Greek tourneys
11. When you call a TD, please note briefly the reason in the given space.
Empty calls or simple ??? will be ignored.
TDs can see <red> disconnected players, so please no need for TD calls for that.
12. If any of the above essential rules is violated,
for the first time the TD gives a notice,
the second time that it might occur, the player is banned for 15 days
and in case it happens for a 3rd time, the player is deleted from the members list.
13. The CLUB-HELLAS Tournaments are for the members of the Hellenic Bridge Federation (EOM)
A non-member of EOM could only participate, if nominated by TWO Members and to their responisibility.
