Who's First?
Who's in charge of your heart? Is it God, or is it something else? Have you given Christ your heart, your soul, your talents and your testimony? Or are you giving him little more than a few hours each Sunday morning? In the book of Exodus, God warns us that we should place no gods before him. Yet all to often, we place our Lord on second, third, or even fouth place as we worship other things. When we unwittingly place possesions or relationships above our love for the creator, we create big probblems for ourselves. Does God rule your heart? Make sure that the honest answer to this question is a resounding yes. In rhe life of every radical God comes first. And he deserves that place in your heart.
Bible Verse
Do not worship any other gods besides me. Exodus 20:3

The Power of Perseverance
A well-lived life is like a marathon, not a sprint; calls for preporation, determination, and of course lots of perseverance. As an example of perfect erseverance, we christians need look no further than our Savior, Jesus Christ. Jesus finished what he began. Despite his suffering, despite the shame of the cross, Jesus was steadfast in his faithfulness to God. We, too, must remain faithful, especially during times of hardship. Sometimes, God may answer our prayers with silence, and when He does, we must patiently persevere. Are you facing a tough situation? If so, remember this: whatever your problem, God can Handle it. Your job is to keep persevering until he does.
Bible Verse
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the race. 2 Timothy 4:7
