Students and Faculty please note that I have placed these emails in good faith that you will not exploit them. I have created a list for everyone to help you make sure you contact me at the right address for certain things so that you get your reply/answers in a speedy, well organized fashion because I want my students to all be will informed.

Homework/Assignment Turn Ins: While relatively most of the work we will be doing will consist of you interacting in class and in your Potions Journals, you will need to contact me with certain specified information about your projects and assignments. To turn in an assignment or simply alert me that your work has been completed and is ready for checking contact me at Hogwarts Online using the Personal Message System (Also called Owls).

Questions/Comments/Suggestions: I know that several of you will have many questions to ask, comments to make, and friendly suggestions to give of or pertaining to the class, your grades, extra credit, the honors club, or something along those lines. For this you will need to contact me at my Professional E-Owl which is MVane@HSWCW.com

Real Life Absence/Sickness/Internet Loss: Life happens, there will be a time when one of you will need to take leave from the site for a while for real life purposes and I understand that completely. If you remember, make sure to try and send me a message at least 1 week before your departure using my Professional E-Owl MVane@HSWCW.com, but if it is last minute, you forget, or the situation is out of your control then contact me through Yahoo Instant Messanger at John006a@yahoo.com. If you don't have internet access then have a close friend from HO contact me and I'll excuse you from class.

Bullying/Complaints/Behavior Reports/Site Problems: As a Professor I and my fellow educators of Hogwarts are charged with the duty of keeping peace on Hogwarts Online. This means that we are not only responsible for monitoring the board for any misconduct, but we must also intervene in situations off of the site, involving members. If you feel you are being Bullied, Treated Unfairly, or know of site Rule Breaking feel free to contact me and if the situation is within my power to intervene then I will do my best to settle the argument/stop the rule breaking in a fair and drama free manner. For emergency situations, if I am logged onto HO send me a Personal Message if I'm not on HO then contact me through Yahoo Instant Messenger.
