Less than 15 days but before schedule is posted: $375 refund ($100 admin fee)
After schedule is posted: 50% refund
After tournament begins: No refund.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Zero games played: $395 refund ($80 admin fee)
1 game played: 50% refund
2 or more games played: No refund

We are pleased to offer great rates for our out-of-town guests via the Zenith Group, our official housing provider. Teams staying overnight MUST use Zenith for room bookings to get these great rates.
