Withdrawal 15 days or more prior to tournament: Full refund
Less than 15 days but before schedule is posted: $335 refund ($100 admin fee)
After schedule is posted: 50% refund
After tournament begins: No refund.
Weather Cancellation Policy:
Zero games played: $355 refund ($80 admin fee)
1 game played: 50% refund
2 or more games played: No refund

Traveling to Sterling?
We are pleased to offer great rates for our out-of-town guests via the Zenith Group, our official housing provider. Teams staying overnight MUST use Zenith for room bookings to get these great rates. We work with the hotels to be certain they are "team friendly," offering things like free breakfast, laundry facilities and pull out sofa beds.
